Elliot's writhing on the floor, clawing at his throat, trying to breathe. "I know it's hard, but you have to push through it, okay? Help is on the way." She says, holding Elliot's hand reassuringly.
"W-what's your n-name?" Elliot chokes out. "Clara, I'm Bobby's girlfriend."
"How do you know Bobby, Elliot?"
"H-he wasn't as bad as the o-others."
"Oh, you mean... I disagree with you on that a little. He broke a co-workers of his arm."
"W-who?"
"I think a Natalie Mya?"
"N-Nadine M-May."
"Oh, that was her name? Okay."
"S-she was evil."
"....."
Tears slide down Elliot's cheeks, tears becoming worse. "I'm going to roll you onto your side, okay? I don't think being on your back is helping you." She says, rolling Elliot onto his side.
"Bobby! How far out are the paramedics?" She yells to the other room. Elliot starts trying to breathe deeper when the bathroom around him phases out a bit, another room blending in, the two images fighting.
He hears an alarm and closes his eyes for a second. When he opens it, his standing before himself, eyes widening and jaw dropping open.
His coding and his mum staff are working on him, a breathing tube down his throat. Turning around to look behind him, she's still there.
But she has her own breathing tube now, down her throat too and she's unconscious. He walks up to her, placing a hand on her arm.
She doesn't even stir. They're going to die, both of them. Everyone runs out of luck eventually... They we're the last two not comatose and now she is.
And behind himself, his literally coding. His going to die, he won't be lucky enough to survive in a comatose state, he knows it. And Kiera won't be able to visit him here, instead it will be at a graveyard, right next to all the people who have died before him.
Allie Williams, Kade Beckett, Dr Kaylee V, Maxis Peterson... and now him, RIP, Elliot Coleman.
Then he looks at his hands, himself. His pale and ghostly, his hand going right through Kade's sisters arm, Molly.
He walks away from her up to his Mum who's outside the room, walking right through the closed door, her hands are plastered against the viewing.
"Mum?" He says, tears sliding down his face. His not in any pain, not coughing, vomiting flowers. But he does feel sadness. He gives her a hug from behind even though she cannot feel him and his hands go right through her, gently resting his head against her back.
"I just want to tell you that I love you, I haven't said it enough."
"Elliot, you need to come quickly!"
And he turns, seeing Allie there. "Allie, what's wrong?"
"Just come now, it's Kiera!" She says, grasping his hand and they touch, she feels solid.
She pulls him towards her, and next thing his knows in the emergency room where Kiera is being held. Right infront of them is General Peterson and a doctor, their backs turned to him and Allie.
Then someone appears beside him and Allie, poking their face in from behind it. "Kade?" He whispers, but Kade doesn't say anything.
"I didn't think I'd leave a trail of how many people I'm directly and indirectly responsible for killing." Elliot says.
"You're not responsible for any of that-" Allie begins, but Kade holds his hand up, cutting her off.

His finally spoken. Elliot and Allie look back to the General and the Doctor. The paper they are indeed holding is a pregnancy test, Kiera's.
"How?!" Elliot says. "Routine blood work and stuff, she can't be too far long hopefully..." Allie says.
"You we're infertile, yes?" Elliot says to her.
"I was, yes. My ovaries and womb didn't work."
"Have you ever wanted to be pregnant?"
"Yes... But not to my asshole ex-husband. I know you know the truth about me."
"She's going to have to do this alone." Elliot says. "No, she won't have too. She still has our General, Maxis' Dad.
He'll support her, there's no doubt about it, Elliot."
"Or maybe she doesn't want it. Maybe she should have an abortion, Allie?
That could be a better decision after what she has been through and is going through."
"Who knows, Elliot. We can't make that decision for and ghosts cannot read minds."
"Who's the Dad?" Kade speaks up. "Better not be Gavin or I sware I'll go find that bastard and punch the ever living daylights out of him. He doesn't deserve an afterlife."
"Why would it be Gavin? Dion's right hand." Elliot responds concerned.
"Right, you don't know."
"Kade Beckett, look at me!" Elliot begs, grasping the going adults shoulders, but Kade keeps looking down and Elliot forces his chin up so they meet.
His knife cut across his neck is there, but it's pretty healed. You can still see it though, far from faint, but not bloody.
"What did Gavin do?"
"Sometimes he... Sometimes he liked to play with the girls. Staff and prisoner."
"He didn't touch Kiera did he?! If he has, I'll beat the snot out of him too!"
"I don't know, okay?! Nadine May would! His repeatedly assualted Nadine before, she and Kiera both have a lot of in common, she wants to die sometimes too."
Elliot's silent. "You seem to be judging people, Elliot without all the facts." Allie interjects. "Shut up!" He yells at her, letting go of Kade.
"I'll go for now, you're upset." She says, vanishing and Kade is gone too.
"And Elliot?"
He can hear voice in his head.
"......"
"You're comatose, but unable to wake up. Weather you live or die is all up to you. Come be with all of us, or be there for Kiera which will heal the pink roses again, but you have to let of go of mourning Maxis, otherwise you can't be there for Kiera. This will kill you finally and in a matter of hours, maybe days, it will kill Kade's adoptive older sister, Molly Fallon too because she won't let go of Kade and work towards moving on.
She's been developing Hanahaki for a while, but no symptoms ever since Kade left home in search of Kiera."
And then she's silent. Elliot sprints away from the General and the Doctor to Kiera's room. But stops short, seeing paramedics come out of the room, with her strapped down on the bed.
They're transferring her to a mental health clinic, a bed must have been found. There is a woman with them, holding a clipboard. Peering over her shoulder, he sees the hospital she's been transferred too.
It's the one, Dr Bonnie Desmond's actually being held at, Nadine May's friend. Well, there isn't too many in this city, but more than they should have.
The one Kaylee was at was reserved for people truly unwell and had commited serious crimes. This one is still secure, but more recovery focused hopefully, not for criminal's, is a private hospital so it's strange how Bonnie secured a bed there, the hospital is not state run and actually does Kiera some good and no questionable staff...
"Kiera." He says, hand on her bed, walking with her as the paramedics push the bed along, the woman working with them. He peers at her name tag, she's a social worker.
Right, Kiera was sectioned...
"Kiera, I want you to know that I love you. I love you."
And for a minute, he swears she looks right at him, having heard him. But there is also a drugged look in her eyes.
They must have given her something, a sedative to make transportation easier, knowing her, she would struggle and because she is pregnant, she could hurt the baby.
$10,000 says it's Maxis. Him and Kiera had a thing going on during the time he was missing before they all became a polyamarous couple when he came back home to them. He never got around to having sex with her, they had only made out a few times.
Then the paramedics and social worker head out the bay doors to the waiting ambulance. Elliot forgot to move and go with them, the ambulance doors now shut.
"Being pregnant would feel weird for a guy, but can't helping wondering what if would feel like. In a few months, her stomach will grow. She's before the cut-off termination date."
Elliot's mouth drops open, hearing Maxis behind him, he can feel his breath.
"Of all stupid- I can't deal with this." Kaylee says, seemingly annoyed with Maxis goofy nature as she was a doctor.
"Kaylee? Dr V?"
"The one and only, you little troublemaker."
She doesn't know about the alternative world version of her? Where is Dr Kaylee B? Beckett, will they run into eachother or do they merge and when they become one, do or don't realize it?
He wants to ask, but he doesn't want to make V mad, or she will vanish on him like Allie and Kade did.
"At-least Kiera's getting the help she needs." He says. "That is true, I guess." V says.
"I agree, she needs the help, Elliot.
But... What are you doing here? You're just... like us." Maxis says.
"Hanahaki."
"Oh, shit." Maxis says, looking seemingly horrified. V's expression is neutral.
"Do you feel anything, V? Can I ask? What are you feeling now?" Elliot wonders.
She shrugs, saying nothing. "We haven't been dead long, Elliot. But death will cure everything that was ever wrong with any of us. No pain, no regrets, no anger and we'll be normal, okay, happy..." Maxis speaks up.
"Allie already seems better than she has been the last few years. But she had a headstart compared to us and Kade."
"Seems like they're enjoying hanging out with eachother." Elliot retorts.
"Yes, they do seem to be friends." V adds on. "And you?" Elliot responds.
"I don't know anyone else, so I might as well hang around this goofball troublemaker too. You both are so alike it's disgusting." She hisses.
"You're cruel when you want to be." Maxis says. "I know, tell me something I don't know." She snaps back. "But time will tell if death actually heals me, but it also scares me if it does...
I've been how I am ever since I could remember. I broke the wings of a bird once when I was a 10 to see if I felt anything."
"And did you?" Elliot and Maxis ask together, in sync.
"No."
"Shit." Maxis says. "I don't know what to say..." Elliot whispers. "I think I'm going to be sick."
"I already tried, I felt nauseous when I woke up in the ghost realm. I couldn't be sick." Maxis says. "What killed me? I know Kaylee and me fell, but... Why? I can't remember why and she won't tell me."
"Kaylee, tell him." Elliot demands. "How about no?" She snaps back.
"You had a seizure, Maxis. You drove the car and you shouldn't have. You had bad vision after the bullet went through your brain and surgery afterwards to remove it. You we're due to receive glasses, you're license was being suspended." Maxis tells him.
"I did what?" Maxis says horrified. "I-I don't remember that. They were going to take my car license too? I just remember Kiera missing and then we we're on the bridge."
"You're death was medical related, that is why. It will come back in time, your full memory." V says.
"Are you religious, V?" Elliot asks.
"I guess... Maybe... But I don't know what to make of all our situations right now, and Allie doesn't like me."
So she is religious compared to her alternate counterpart who is not.
"I'm not surprised, Allie doesn't like you." Maxis says. "Okay, can we stop bickering? This is no longer helping.
How do I wake up?" Elliot asks.
"Do you want to wake up?" V asks.
"Kaylee, you're daughter is scared and alone. Being sectioned and is pregnant.
Imagine when they tell her she's pregnant.
If I don't wake up and die, she will be alone and could still kill herself later and her and Maxis child will be all alone it she keeps the baby.
You're Dad is due for retirement any day now, Maxis. He already raised one child, you and I don't think he can do that again...
And there is a history of mental health of problems in Kiera's family. What if your child is more trouble than you we're?"
"What if she becomes like I and Kade was...? Kade was more like me, and Kiera was more like her Dad. Her Dad was fairly normal..." Kaylee whispers.
"One: I don't know, Elliot. I don't know what to tell you. And second: Our child. Kiera and I loved you, and we still do." Maxis says, giving Elliot a kiss on the lips.
"Wait..." Elliot whispers. "I have any idea, a way to fix this. It will mean erasing everything that ever happened which is probably for the better.
Erase the death and suffering. We can start again, the clock will be reset, go back to the moment that kickstarted all of this."
"What do you mean?" Maxis asks, as Elliot pulls the clock, Dr B gave him out, holding it in his hands. He looks at V, but there is no recognition, she doesn't know what this is.
"The road up until here and now was a long one, you both. And the road back will be too. I'll see you both soon, I promise. All of you, even though none of you will remember this likely." He says hugging, Kaylee and Maxis.
Maxis hugs him back and Kaylee reluctantly wraps her arms around both of them, shaking from anxiety as Allie and Kade appear behind Elliot, hugging him from the back, hands reaching just to Kaylee and Maxis.
Elliot turns the clock as far back as it can go, the room goes dark for all of them.
