Senshi huffed as she leaned against Carlos blood dripping from her arms. She couldn’t do much and Carlos was having just as much of a hard time as her holding her against him. She sat up falling forward and landing on her arms letting out a yelp of pain. Tears sprung from her eyes as Carlos tried to hoist her up again.
“I hate kids...” she mumbled, Carlos frowned “you were a kid once though” he stated, senshi shot a tear filled glare at him “you wonder why i hate myself.” She snapped. He stopped and went silent as everyone helped each other up.
Senshi frowned as she spotted nu knocked out cold. “she got you good...maybe stop running head first into a fight..?” he suggested, senshi glared. “Never gonna happen. I was raised to fight when needed without hesitation. I’m not going to stop now. Especially when theres a creepy ass pink little princess that looks like she came out of a fucking candy shop on the loose working for shadow.” She raised her voice slightly but stopped.
Carlos frowned “you...really don’t like kids...” he mumbled. Senshi frowned leaning against him again “no. I don’t.”
Senshi sighed her arms aching “what are we gonna do now? Nu was kidnapped....so no healer...and we have no idea where that girl will appear next...and we need to get magpie back before the weird ass tattoo on Ignatius disappears.” Senshi said. “We don’t know...but we’ll figure it out..” vandal said.
Senshi nodded before wincing in pain, Carlos frowned “i feel realllyyy uncomfortable.” She stated, Carlos sighed “then i guess you can sit in a chair” he replied knowing it was him that was the cause of that. “No. I’m gonna make you suffer princey” she snapped. He groaned.
“Why exactly do you hate me so much?” Carlos asked curiously. Senshi frowned “man I don’t know. Maybe because you didn’t even try to help me when i died or maybe its because you always treated me as a servant and not a friend when i saved your fucking life from searys that day-“ she stopped realizing he didn’t know that information because the queen demanded her not to tell him when awoke.
Carlos stiffened and looked at her “i-what? You- i- there’s no way. I don’t ever remember that happening.” He said looking her dead in the eye as she attempted to move away from him. “Good. Don’t remember it.” She snapped. “I tried to treat you as a friend as much as i could. But your hard to deal with sen. And lastly. I didn’t help because i was-“ “petrified? Yeah I’ve heard that before. “ she rolled her eyes. Carlos sighed. “Sen listen...i wasn’t into you then...but- that doesn’t mean I’m not into you now...” he practically purred, she gagged and looked at him her eye twitching “that’s awfully funny cause guess what I’m not into you anymore asshat.” She snapped.
Carlos stiffened “could you guys not fight right now. Especially sense i have more of a reason to fight with her then you do “ Jayden snapped looking at Carlos. Senshi groaned “i just want out of this place.” She snapped successfully standing up. “Yeah we all do.” Jayden stated. She looked at him “i meant this theater. I feel like I’m gonna barf.” She said leaving the building.
Carlos frowned and watched her before getting up “we’ll meet you guys out there..unless you need help?” He said, they nodded and he nodded back leaving the building and running after senshi.
“Sen! Sen! SENSHI FOR FUCKS SAKE!” Carlos yelled. Senshi stopped and whipped towards him. ‘WHAT?!” She screamed huffing her anger sky high. He flinched “I’m sorry...” he mumbled. Senshi glared and trudged towards him stabbing her finger against his chest. “I don’t want to hear your puny apologies prince of Alavaria. Just save it. Now before you try to say anything else. How about you explain why your even here.” She snapped.
Carlos looked at her with worry and a frown on his face, senshi glared at him waiting for a response as she rested her hands on her hips. “Well?” She urged him.
He bit his lip letting his wings shimmer and disappear “um...her majesty...was murdered by a tavern on the outside of Alavaria..and after that i was crowned king- i um- sucked...made many mistakes and ended up leading everyone into a war without realizing you were our only hope to surviving...as king and general i ended up dying first...who knows what’s going on in Alavaria right now...we might still be in war...” he explained. Senshi stared her eyes wide in horror before recovering and chewing the inside of her cheek “you know what I’ve realized about you...” she started, he raised an eyebrow “you really are a fuck up” she stated before starting to walk off again.
Carlos stared in disbelief at her “what the- thats rich coming from you.” He said, senshi took a deep breath as she turned towards him plastering her best ‘if you don’t shut your trap ill shut it for you’ smiles “I’ve been a fuck up sense i was born Carlos. But at least i realized it and didn’t start a war.” She said, he glared grabbing her wrist his blue eyes shimmering with anger “you have no idea what your starting.” He said.
She smirked “oh? And what’re you gonna do to me? Show off your now none existent amulet and injure me with it” she stated, his eye twitched and she ripped her arm from his wincing in pain as she went to sit on some rubble far from him before stopping and looking at him. “Oh and Carlos...one last thing before i give you the silent treatment again. When you return to Alavaria or IF you return. Do me a favor and look in the nearest mirror and say hi to the clown for me” she smiled.
He stared the anger rising as he growled and trudged away just as someone crashed behind him, he stopped and looked towards the area spotting senshi on the ground. “SENSHI?!” He shouted running over and picking her up. “Dammit.” He checked her pulse and let out a breath of relief but looking at her worried as her breathing became uneven and he noticed a small branch protruding from one of her cuts. “Crap...don’t do this to me sen...” he picked her up just as the others emerged from the theater.
The ground rumbled causing everyone to stop and look at Carlos and senshi, Carlos looked around before catching sight of at least three umbra’s nearing them. “Well look who’s yelling attracted the creatures.” Vandal said a little salty. Carlos sighed and bit his lip.
“c’mon sen...this isn’t the time to be taking a nap...”
