Senshi groaned sitting up the picnic blanket falling from her shoulders and she sighed looking around for any sign of cordis. She should’ve known he’d just run off like that but she didn’t care much less dance with him.
Her eye caught sight of the note with was laying delicately on a new set of clothes, she raised an eyebrow curiously as she picked up the note and read it. “So that’s what he’s after....” she mumbled.
Something moved in the shadows and she flinched whipping towards the moving thing, just as she moved a level two umbra slithered out of the shadows saliva dripping from its face.
Senshi gagged and stood her body feeling lighter as for her chest, she tensed realizing this and took a deep breath confused before grabbing the clothes and creating a ball of cement and bent beams from the building to in case her as she changed.
She sighed letting the earth fall back to place and landed gently on her feet looking at the outfit on her with a judgmental look “as always...men don’t know female fashion” she shook her head in disbelief and grabbed the note glancing at it again with a frown.
“Don’t feel bad....” carlos’s voice floated through the air, and her breathe caught.
She shook it away and nodded “he’s right Senshi.....dont feel bad...keep your friends close...but your enemies closer...oh dear I think I might’ve gone insane” she laughed quietly to herself.
She took a deep breath and powered up her wings before shooting into the air the cool wind pounding against her face and wings as she breathed it in before gliding to a drop and then plunging downwards.
When she was inches from the ground she let her wings snap open and she gliding over the road avoiding any animals that would attack before she landed on her feet and walked towards the base ruffling her hair a bit and hiding the note.
When she entered no one was there, she smirked and then shook her head with a frown and started to look around before she sighed “anyone smart would’ve taken the things with them...” she huffed.
Sighing she started to walk away before noticing two curved blades sitting aimlessly on an open cot and she raised an eyebrow walking over and gliding her fingers across the surface before picking one up.
The blades were about the size of her her whole arm the handle made of gold and silver which twisted into intricate curls and lace details around the handle trailing onto the edge of the blade.
She weighed it and nodded in approval. It was light and easy to wield but beyond that she could tell it was sharp enough to cut through bone. “What a shame someone would leave behind such a great pair of karambits....” she hummed grabbing her bow which she had left along with her arrows and grabbed the blades and twirling them in her hands effortlessly.
She frowned at the thought of turning on her friends but then rolled her eyes, it wasn’t like she hadn’t done this before...the fact that she was a faery ment she could betray someone with no problem at all...even better no one would find out and if they did they’d be dead within an instant.
She smirked shaking away the last thoughts of her friends becoming what she was before the prince and the royal empire and her duties, she returned to fooling and tricking others.
“Time to fool some warriors...” she mused shooting up into the air her wings slicing the clouds in half as she got a birds eye view of the land.
She scanned the area counting the monsters as she went and spotted two people making their way into a building “bingo” she chuckled before dropping and then landing gently on her feet placing the knives in her quiver hiding them as best she could amongst the arrows and jogged up to them.
Senshi noticed their familiar body features and smirked “magpie! Vandal!” She called after them as she followed them in, vandal turned his eyes wide which slowly turned into relief as she made her way to them.
“Thank god I found you guys...I got swarmed by a bunch of umbra’s” she lied, vandal frowned “goodness...well I shouldn’t be shocked that you survived” he said. Senshi nodded and glanced at magpie who looked her up and down “where’d you get the clothes?” She snapped.
Senshi frowned “they were with me when we were split up” she lied, magpie nodded skeptically “okayyyy....well....mind helping us out?” She asked.
Senshi nodded “sure”
