“We’re okay vandal!” Magpie shouted as Senshi rested her hand on the hilt of her blades with a sly smirk on her face. Magpie sighed moving to turn towards her before Senshi kicked the back of knee, magpie’s eyes widened as she fell over to the ground. Senshi grinned grabbing her wrists behind her back and holding the curved blade to magpie’s neck.
Magpie opened her mouth-probably to yell for vandal-and Senshi grinned leaning towards her ear “I wouldn’t risk it.” She purred. Magpie growled trying to rip away from her but Senshi kept a tight grip on her. “I should’ve known you would betray us. Especially since that creep looks like Jayden. You’d do anything to get close to him wouldn’t you” magpie sneered.
Senshi stiffened giving magpie a chance to throw Senshi off her and into a wall, senshi coughed up blood and petals causing magpie to stare. “I can’t believe you betrayed us.” Magpie growled before turning to the rocks to yell for vandal. “Van-“ magpie was cut off by the sound of insane laughter from a dark corner.
Senshi flinched and stiffened knowing that laugh from anywhere, magpie whipped around eyeing Senshi before looking towards the corner where the figure stepped out.
He was male, tall around 6’2” with unruly dark blue hair, green eyes. Senshi’s arms started to tremble and he looked towards her “well don’t stop, It was just getting good” he purred, his tail twitching.
Magpie whipped out her sword glaring at the male before Senshi stopped her “dont- he’s not the type of person you want to fight” Senshi said, magpie glared “and why should I trust you.” She snapped. Senshi glared “fine. He’s all yours.”
Magpie frowned as the male licked his lips at magpie and she gagged, senshi backed away gripping her blades before vandal’s voice called out “magpie? Senshi? You went quiet! What’s going on over there!”
Senshi and magpie exchanged looks before the male smirked playfully “well? Your friend is calling~” he glanced at Senshi which caused her to flinch.
“Alright alright fine, I’ll go back in the corner and you two can continue” he sighed disappearing like a Cheshire Cat.
Magpie looked at Senshi “who was that. Does he work for Jayden’s evil twin too.” She snapped, Senshi smirked “why would I tell you. After all, I’m not apart of your posse anymore.”
Magpie frowned “why. Why did you betray us.”
Senshi stopped and frowned trying to come up with an answer “are you really that desperate to be near someone who looks like Jayden” she asked. Senshi growled whipping towards her causing the building to shake “no. I’m not. In fact. I’m working with him because I’m not a good person. You all know that. You always have.” Senshi practically yelled.
Magpie flinched taken aback by the sudden outburst, “we didn’t kn-“ “do you remember when you asked what my fear was.” Senshi asked, magpie nodded “I answered with love- I always answer with love- because that’s how I died. I will never fall in love again. If you want the truth here you go. My fear is the male you just saw. I betrayed him too-left him behind. He hates me. He’s out to get me, and here’s one fact about him. If you get into a fight with him, just remember your dead no matter what.” Senshi explained, her knuckles turning white as she held onto the blades.
They stood there in silence before Senshi frowned “you didn’t have to betray us. You could’ve redeemed yourself.” Magpie said, senshi chuckled before that chuckled erupted into laughter “redeem myself? Didn’t have too? Magpie can’t you see it?! I WANTED to betray you! I never WANTED to redeem myself! Let me tell you something a friend of mine told me when I betrayed them. You can take a kid from an traitor. Senshi frowned wiping her eyes as she glided through the building towards a window, she enclosed herself in her wings spiraling towards it before it shattered and she flew out.
