TRANSLATION SHENANIGANS THAT HAVE AFFECTED PEOPLE’S PERCEPTION OF SASUKARIN;
In other words: mistranslations (and liberal translations) that are so mainstream that people have taken them as facts when they actually divert from the source material.
I had been working on gathering these for a while, but yesterday my friend kagura-shingan gave me a much-needed push, so here we go~!

What Sasuke says is ｢お前… 少し離れろ｣ aka “You… move back a little” (or “you… back away a little” - any wording along those lines).

Suigetsu’s line ｢ホントは知ってんだよ…昔君はサスケに…｣ lacks a verb, and so it is intentionally very vague. While Karin could have done something to Sasuke, that is not stated in Suigetsu’s comment, so it was only an assumption made by the translator and should not be taken as fact. Here you can find some alternative takes on what Suigetsu could have been about to say.

Though this scene is obviously meant to be humorous, it’s worth clearing this up. Contrary to popular belief, Karin does not state she is “gonna ravage Sasuke like crazy!”. What she (literally) says is: “When Juugo and Suigetsu fall asleep, I’m gonna attack Sasuke in his sleep!”. While naughty, there is a considerable difference between the harmless innuendo present in the dialogue in its original Japanese, and the crude way in which it was translated into English.

What Sasuke says is ｢香燐…お前たちはここで待て これはオレの復讐だ｣ aka “Karin… you guys wait here. This is my revenge”. As you can see, the line “Don’t even think about it, Karin” was actually added by the translator and not said by Sasuke.
In that light, there have also been comments that have been lost in translation, like for example Tobi calling Karin Sasuke’s “favorite”, Kabuto saying that Sasuke knows Karin “quite well”, and most importantly, the implications of Suigetsu’s comments in chapter 574.
