Note: the last line was pretty tricky to translate and word properly (it could also be read as something along the lines of: “those extremely tender/ladylike/girlish feelings, will they come true one day…!?”) but ultimately they both amount to the same thing, and perhaps the one above flows better in English? Still, feel free to pick :) (or even suggest some, if you would like!)
