The Lands of Ralosia: The Desert
Corri and her friends take a shortcut across the great desert aboard a sand-ship, with the Mecarne Temp's help. Complications arise, and they end up trapped in an ancient place buried in the sands. A temple with some relation to the Goddess. Corri feels some connection to this place as well. All the while a figure with unknown motives follows the group.
The Lands of Ralosia series takes place in a world with individuals capable of incredible feats of strength, animals of abnormal size, and races of people with distinct anatomy and cultures.
This story acts as the 9th entry in the Lands of Ralosia series. I typically try to write each story in such a way that it can be read without reading the others, but this one is definitely strengthened by reading other entries.
