So after my friend came over we chilled for a bit then started making cream puffs! This our uhh first attempt?
I just screenshotted from insta because its hard to do the other ways
That uhhh didn’t work so we tried again! WE REFUSED TO GIVE UP! We also thought these were gonna fail so we didn't put the crack stuff on it luckily. We also had to go to the milkbar to buy eggs which was a nice leg stretcher. Since we didn’t give up this time me turned on Hamilton music (actually we listened to Newjeans music then the lightning thief and some deaftones music and then switched to straykids THEN hamilton) and went for it. Yes…we did sing while making them. It sounded like shit but thats fine. Anyways this is how our second batch turned out.
Slightly burnt but very good. They tasted slightly eggy but that was ok. A few deflated as well though it’s fine not all of them did so we could still fill them! This is what they looked like filled
Yeahh kinda weird but it was a have too. We filled them with homemade whipped cream! BY that we bought thickened cream put vanilla essence and ice sugar in it and turned the mixer up high. This is them platedddd.
So nice. We chose the best-looking ones to the plate. I just suck at taking pictures.
Creamy? Yes. Delicious? Yes. Messy? Yes. Worth it? Yes.
AND NOW TO SHOW THE PANCAKES!
They look kinda not great in this photo but they were delish. But oh my gawd so much work for three pancakes.I can’t do that much work for threeeee. Then ofc there was more hamilton music. Did we reenact the scenes while baking? Yes. How could we not?
These it is. We shared that one stack cus that all the recipes let us make. Great choice though.
