A/N: I don't know what I'm going to do with Ella and Casper, maybe just make their relationship good but since people don't know about them they separate them more then they intended to be separated, if that makes sense. And this is where some serious stuff goes down, why you ask, because all of my other chapters are slow. hehe, enjoy. Oh also if I'm writing sections with too much of one side character please tell me and ill try my best to not do that.
After my mother hugged my father to death I ran and hugged him as well, the ruffled my hair and kissed me on the forehead. He let me go and walked inside with my mother, they had so much to catch up on. Ella dragged me back inside, which made me chuckle. She brought me to my room, she wanted to help me with my magic. I jumped onto my bed and took out the book Taylor gave me, she followed and sat in front of me. I smiled and opened the book, even though she didn't know much about magic she had a pretty old soul that did.
" so where to begin" she squealed and clapped her hands being way too excited for this
" um maybe at the front of the book, I usually like to go in order" I admit and she agrees
I open the book up to the first page, it was a description of how to get into an internal peace. Which I new how to do already, thanks Pharaoh. I turned the page to see a symbol, I raised an eyebrow as I looked at her.
" ah right, that is the symbol of Destroy: Ha-Di " she spoke but nothing happened of course
" Destroy? What should I destroy to learn this" I questioned as she thought as well
" well we can get apples for you to destroy. Or maybe your mother has something" she asked
" good point. Ya know I love how your helping me and all but the only thing I want to do with you is make out. " I admitted and watched her blush
" I know, I can hear your thoughts loud and proud Cas. Maybe later when we know we're alone, I don't want them finding out" she shrugged
" Fine, I can wait" I smile as we walk out into the garden
She brought out a couple of apples, I knew this was going to be time consuming. But hopefully I could do this easier, if that was possible. I stood there breathing slowly and looked down at the book. It showed the movements I had to make before speaking the spell. Which kind of confused me, I rolled my eyes before dealing with it. I slowly moved to make the movements at the end I spoke the spell, simple right? Yeah no, I did this for about an hour or more. And I still didn't get it.
I collapsed on the ground and groaned, Ella helped me up and moved away from me before I could do anything. Which really bummed me out, I now understand guys when girls not wanting to do stuff. She giggled and looked at the time, he wasn't even lunch time.
" Cas" we heard my father yell I turned around to see him standing at the door. " come on now, we need to talk" he added
" I'll see you later okay, we can continue when I get back" I caressed her cheek and ran off to my father
I get to his side as he explains Ra wants to talk again. I nod as he changes into a stag, I jump onto his back as we ride to the palace. We exit the tunnel door and get to the palace gates, I jumped off of my dad and race up the small steps towards Ra's work space. He was standing there with his arms out, I ran into them as he laughed.
" my my, your very energetic this morning" Ra chuckled and let go of me
" yeah, so what do you need uncle" I asked
" we need your help, and your friends. But you need to get stronger, I'm guessing Ella and Pharaoh will help you with that" Ra explained
" shit, I haven't even mastered the first spell in the book. And theres what 20" I exclaimed and wanted to pull my hair out of my skull
" that's fine, we don't know when this so called war will begin" Father spoke and slightly chucked
" but its not a laughing matter Jake" and Ra started to laugh
ah right, my dad's name is Jake, well shit his only daughter forgot his first name.
" stop laughing my thoughts shouldn't be messed with" I growled
He stopped and then became serious towards the conversation. I listened and he showed us a map of the world and where the so called war was starting up. Okay actually we don't know what this will be a war, or something else that we won't be prepared for this. After talking for more then enough time, it soon became lunch time. My father decided to take me to a food place in town aka Egypt, which sounded pretty good to me. I held onto his hand as we walked through town, people stared at us and started talking behind our backs. But I didn't care, we were strangers to this place so it was normal for them to talk about us.
" you know their seeing our animal forms instead of our human. Thats why their talking like that" he whispered to me
" oh my, so they see me as a panther and you as a stag. Best match up ever dad" I teased and he laughed
" I know right, don't think they like it. I think they want to kill us" he whispered and so we stopped holding hands
They stopped looking at us, so we were back into our human forms. He had so much magic overwhelming his body that he just comes when someone holds his hands or just touches him. I raised an eyebrow once we came to a small place, that looked horrible but then again the smell from it was amazing. My father ordered some food and we sat down on a bench close to a feeding pond. Like the old times father digs into it, I just looked at it. Raising an eyebrow towards the strange looking food, but the smell was still craving. I gulped and took a bite from it, the flavors in my mouth were overwhelming. I swallowed and smiled, I then dug into it. I was hungry just like my father, which was an obvious at that. We both finished at the same time and high fives each others hands.
" that was actually really good, thanks for bringing me out here" I smiled
" no problem kid, I love taking you places" he chuckled and ruffled my hair
" why didn't you tell me about your magic " I questioned
he didn't respond right away, " because I didn't want you to know what I was capable of. I wanted your friends to do that, I found your book in your room while you were sleeping so" he explained
" then what are you capable of" I wondered
" destruction" he whispered and stood up " lets go" he muttered
" fine.. don't tell me" I pouted and jumped up
We decided to head back to the palace, it seemed like forever since my father has actually smiled like that. We walked through town as the sun was starting to set, it the summer the days were longer especially in Egypt since there are no trees to block the light. Which I seemed to like a lot more then shade. Once we got to the palace my father changed into a stag, the tunnel opened and we went through.
Everyone was doing their own thing, before we got to the palace father said his hellos to the fellow citizens. I didn't even know he liked doing community service, which made me impressed. After a couple of minutes he came back to my side, I rolled my eyes and he just chuckled it off. Father went to go discuss things with mother, which probably wasn't good concerning the face he made when she called his name. I had my hands in my pocket, I glanced around to see Ella hiding in the hallway.
" were you waiting for me this whole time" I smirked and raised an eyebrow at her
" what if I was, can I get a kiss" she whispered the last part
" can you get a kiss? " I tilted my head and walked towards her " why not, I did ask politely before I left" I added
" you did" she blushed and had her hands close to her chest
I leaned on the wall and looked down at her, I know I was blushing but her cheeks were bright as a tomato. I felt as she got on her tiptoes to kiss my lips, I smirked to the shortness of her. Lifting her chin with my left hand I kissed back, you could just hear her moan softly. Which kind of turned me on, but I couldn't that would be bad enough. A minute pasted and so we needed to breath, I slightly panted and blushed looking at her. She was doing the same.
" the more and more we kiss I feel like your trying to turn me on" she muttered brushing back her strawberry blonde hair
" thats the idea toots" I chuckled and ruffled her hair
" do you want to work on your spells some more" she asked holding the book to her chest
" anytime with you is amazing" I admitted to hear her giggle
" then lets go " she spoke and gladly took my hand to the garden
We got there and I just add to do a hair flip, I took my hair out o fly ponytail and let it all lose. My magenta hair isn't as long as it used to be, I cut it to a shoulder length back into middle school. I guess I liked it like that since I've kept the look since. I messed it up and then looked at her, she was smiling as always at me. I rolled my eyes and looked at the pile of apples she had brought for me to use. I made the movements and spoke Ha-Di, the apple exploded onto the ground. I blinked a couple of times before dancing a little, then I realized what motivated me. It was love.
" good job babe" Ella smiled before closing her mouth
" really, yes you can call me babe. But not as loud" I hugged her tight and kissed her forehead. " I think I need you more then I thought" I added
" yeah, i do too" she nodded
I backed away from her and we opened the book once more. I heard someone walking towards us, it was Pharaoh.
" you two seem to be getting along well, how's the magic going" he asked and nudged against my cheek
" its good, can't you see the exploded apple on the floor" I explained and heard him chuckle
" I knew you could do it" he chirped and laid down on the grass watching our every move
I looked at Ella who closed her mouth shut, I thanked her and stood up once more. The next spell was Quiet:Hah-ri. Ella began to talk really loud and fast, I couldn't keep up with her at all. I nodded my head and made small movements with my hands before speaking the word. A minute after I didn't hear her voice, I looked up to see her mouth was closed. The next minute went by and she started to speak again, I was getting better at this and fast. I glanced over at Pharaoh who was in his human form, he smiled when I looked at him. I had forgotten how hot he was.

I looked back at Ella who closed the book, she said she was going to take a shower. I really wanted to go run after her and tell I wanted in, but not with Pharaoh sitting there. I stood up and brushed the dirt off of my sweats, which I forgot to change this morning. And I saw Ra in them, well then. I groaned to hear Pharaoh laugh, I look over to him. He was by my side.
" I know you two kissed alright, you don't need to hide it from me" he muttered having a tint of sorrow in his eyes
" Im indecisive, do you want to know why. I like you too alright, I'm hella confusing. Just don't have feelings for me anymore, I'll like you better of that happens" I spoke and fixed my hair a bit.
" I understand, I can hear your mind just like Ella can. Since were so close to you, that is possible" he muttered and gently placed a kiss on my cheek. " I know this is only a one sided love, I'm depressed that you didn't chose me. But I'm happy for you at the same time" he added
" thanks Pharaoh, when Taylor finds out he'll-"
" he'll what" I heard that familiar voice and looked up
fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, Pharaoh some help
" its nothing, she doesn't know what she's talking about right now" he tried to reason
" stop pretending your her body guard, thats my job" he growled as Pharaoh turned into a snake and wrapped around my neck
" I don't need protection from you Taylor, I'm getting stronger. My parents acknowledge that, why don't you" I questioned
" I do, I just thought you liked me" he whispered
I couldn't say a thing, I gulped then parted my lips once more.
" I'm in love with Ella" I told him straight forward " we decided that like last night actually, so i would like it if you didn't bother us. Or try and break us up, I love her and if you loved me you would be happy for me" I added to see him about to cry
He nodded and ran off, was I too harsh? I hope everything will be okay with us.
A/N: I had to ruin their friendship, I had to. Well Pharaoh understands cause he can hear her thoughts and guessed it already. But Taylor hasn't spoke to her in a long time so I needed her to get that out to him, which probably ruined everything for him. Well the truth hurts right? I'm not sure what to do with Pharaoh, maybe just make him the third wheel and be okay with that. That will be hilarious. Also I think I did an amazing job on the kiss scene in this chapter, I'm getting tons better. Well until then, Au Revoir.
