After talking with Pharaoh he wanted to finish my training, so I'm ready for the next time we have to battle. I nodded my head and stood up, he followed after me. He helped me learn each spell, even though it took longer then when Ella helps me. The amount of spell we did was tremendous, we actually finished the book. After finishing I fall to the grass and pant, Pharaoh helps me back up.
" that was a lot of working was't it" he asked
" yeah, but thanks for helping. Noe I just need to find a way to get my mother back" I shrugged shifting my feet on the ground
" I know you can figure it out, maybe there could be a god to help you with this" he suggested which caught my attention
" but what god would that be" I questioned
" that would be Thoth, god of wisdom" he replied and ruffled my hair
" oh right, he was one of the gods I never learned about" I slightly blush and look at the time.
The sun was coming up, and I forgot to get some sleep when I got home. Whelp I can't help that can I now. I groan as we walk back inside, the other boys were up already. They all said their hellos, they also noticed my "tattoo" which kind of made me blush. I told them a white lie so Tenedre wouldn't be found out. They liked it a lot, Pharaoh chuckled because they actually believed the fake story. I saw my dad walk in, I walked over to him and hugged him.
" mother is still a tiger" he spoke as she sat next to him purring
" I have an idea, Pharaoh said Thoth might be able to help" I asked
" that old bastard? He might not help, since he only goes for the questions in intrigued in. Think about a good question and he'll help you" father explained
" I'm just going to take Pharaoh this time, Ella needs her sleep." I smile as I hear Pharaoh change into a hell hound.
" alright, I'll see you later then " father smiled
" wait can I come" Trevor asked
I looked over and groaned but nodded, he was able to turn into a hippocampus. A Greek water horse, but he didn't turn into that right now. Father also told me his home was in the middle of a lake, or ocean. It depended on the season of course, I thanked him for the help before hoping onto Pharaoh's back, Trevor followed me. Dustin then came running out.
" if my brother goes I go" he panted and changed into a centaur
" hot damn" I blinked and he looked down at himself
" sorry, I did't mean to hide this part of me" he blushed and I rolled my eyes
I crossed my arms as Pharaoh flew into the sky, we were headed towards the atlantic ocean, probably to our worst nightmare. I watched behind me and saw him running below us, I raised an eyebrow and Pharaoh helped with that. He started to float in the air, he looked up at us and chuckled.
" so where is this place anyway" Dustin questioned as Trevor jumped onto his back
" in the middle of the ocean" Pharaoh explained
" that isn't the best way to describe someones home" Trevor smirked and rubbed the back of his neck
" its the only thing we were told, and anyway the old man's rude and disgusting. So you better not speak, or he might turn you into something else" Pharaoh warned and made me shiver a little by the way he was talking to us
" great, the old man has humor. This will be fun" Dustin rolled his eyes and galloped beside us
I watched Dustin, he crossed his arms and blushed. I giggled and put my magenta hair in a ponytail so it didn't get in my face. The tunnel opened as we went through it, and it closed behind us. This was so familiar to me I didn't want to leave, it was beautiful and like my second home already. I watched as he went in a different direction across the water, my eyes fluttered closed for I needed my sleep.
The next thing I remember, I opened my eyes and Pharaoh was laying down. Dustin and Trevor were looking around, I sat up and yawned. They looked at me and sighed with relief.
" we found his home but its blocked by rocks and sorts" Dustin explained
" let me handle this" I yawned once more and made small movements speaking Ha-di aloud
" damn that was fast" Trevor chuckled nervously
" thats what you get when you were rushed to learn spells" I brushed the dir off of my hands and looked inside
There were lights on, and some water barrels by the front door with a lamp and a letter. There were spider webs hanging from the cave ceiling, which creeps us out. I glanced back at them, then there was a screaming voice and cursing. And it was a lot. We walked in and saw buildings and other people, it looked like a research lab in here. Then the rocks went back to their place once we all got in, which gave me the shivers up and down my spine. The man stopped yelling, his footsteps were heard as they got closer to us.
" well well well, if it isn't Casper" he snarled rubbing at his white bread in thought
I wanted to look up, but he wasn't there. I looked down and smiled, " hello Thoth, we need some advice or help. And were not taking no for an answer" I smiled and heard him snort
" come with me" he turned around and started to walk with his white lab coat on
Dustin and Trevor started to laugh, Pharaoh did as well. I rolled my eyes and followed the old man. We walked through the cave as people watched us, there were also some mythical creatures in here as well. I'm guessing they want to help the old god with the work he was doing. Probably figuring out everything there is to know about the earth. We went under a couple of tunnels and through to a building that looked mostly like a lap. We looked at each other as I leaned back on the couch, the old man was confusing but he seemed more serious then humorous. Dustin and Trevor spoke among themselves, I looked at Pharaoh who shrugged and rested his head on my lap. We stood up and walked out of the building, there was a path that was lit up with torches that lead outside. Walking to it we got outside of the cave, I put the things in a small bag I carried around my shoulder. I looked up and notice something in the water coming towards us, it jumped out and snarled at us. It was a demon, Tenedre appeared and decided to help in his serpent form. A/N: Alright I decided to stop it here because I can't think and after this I probably would of killed the chapter without doing a thing. I'll keep this up and try and get more words in the chapters so I can explain things better and get to the amount even faster since I only have 10 days now. I've come so far, this make some so happy.
