A man stood there, he had a trimmed beard and dark eyes that could pear through your soul. His clothing was all black, his teeth were bare of shoes. His dark brown hair went down to his shoulder, he didn't even look like a demon. He tilted his head towards us and smiled, you could see fangs from his lips. Moving away from a bush he was tall, he towered over Persephone. She didn't look that impressed.
" Persephone.. and others. What do I owe this visit for" he asked his voice was husky and low
" were here because of the god you brought in" she glared at him
" oh him.. I sent him away to the overworld miss" he studdered
" stop lying you devil, show us to your cave Damien" she spoke his name and he quickly moved to a path towards his cave
" that type of tongue would make anyone follow your orders" Taylor joked around and chuckled
" would you like me to use it on you sometime " she asked and raised an eyebrow at him
" no Im good miss" he shook his head before she finally followed
I giggled and walked next to Taylor, he chuckled more and elbowed me in the stomach. I didn't say anything as we came up to more of a house, it was small a good size for him too. Persephone stopped in front of his house and waited for him to come back outside. I look dup at her, then our surroundings.
" I think he is telling the truth" I muttered
He came back outside with a necklace and a whistle, he gave it to Taylor who just shrugged. Taylor held it in his hands and looked like he was going to cry, but held them to his chest. I smiled and rubbed his back, even though the demon didn't do anything to his father I wanted to smack his face.
" thank you Damien, where did he go" Persephone asked
" he flew put of the tunnel, the one you guys came through. But he told me to tell you that you need to find a magician down here" he explained
" why " Persephone questioned
" he told me that Casper would know that question" he muttered and disappeared
Persephone groaned as we walked back to the mansion or palace you can call it. I groaned as we entered the home, the others were laughing and smiling, once I got to the living room all of them looked at me. I didn't get an answer and I might not get a magician to help me. Collapsing onto a chair and burry my face into my legs and hug my legs to my chest, it wasn't easy being me.
" so how did it go" Hades asked
" um.. don't ask" Taylor shrugged and showed them his fathers necklace and whistle. he then explained wha the demon told them
" so what will you all do" he asked
" I will teach Cas" Persephone spoke
I looked up from my lap and actually smiled, I did't think she new magic. Probably just wanted to bring my spirits up. I looked up and saw Persephone smiling, I smile back of course and wiped my small tears that were appearing. I got up and hugged her, that might of been a bad idea. I let go and heard her chuckle, Hades nodded and let it be. Dustin, Trevor, and Ella went up to one of the rooms in the mansion, Persephone later told me that they were their children. They who were, Clayton, Markus and the other girl. Did they lie to us? I shook my head and watched Duncan and Jeremy turn into their animal form and go out to the front door to guard what was already perfectly guarded. Jeremy followed Hades somewhere I have no idea, that left Persephone and I alone.
" you must be thinking that I joked around, well I wasn't" she started " I met a magician once, he taught me so many things I feel in love with the practice. Can you guess who he was" she asked
" umm, no Persephone" I tilted my head at her
" It was Anubis" she whispered and made me shiver all over
" how did you meet him" I questioned biting my bottom lip
" before I became a goddess, I met him at a coffee shop. He was in all black and his hair was to his shoulders, I still remember like it was yesterday. I fell in love with him, I hope his doing okay." she explained
" why aren't you with him anymore " I asked
" because I became a greek goddess and not a Egyptian" she muttered softly before clapping her hands. " and with that sad not lets get started shall we" she chirped
I tilted my head and raised an eyebrow, she rolled her eyes and walked me to the back garden. I looked around and saw a huge glass roof around it, it was like another room. There were flowers and plants all over the place, some chairs were in the middle of the garden. Persephone moved the chairs and wanted me to sit down with her, I sat down on the ground and looked at her.
" we are going to meditate" he spoke and crossed her legs over eachother
" why are we going to do that" I questioned not understanding why we were doing this
" so we can concentrate better" she replied and closed her eyes
Her hands were in her lap, and she was speaking a soft tone to calm her breathing. I nodded and looked down at my lap, I crossed my legs and fixed my rump to be sitting directly on the floor. I placed my hands on my knees and had the palms looking up, I closed my eyes and concentrated on my thoughts. I wanted to clear my thoughts, but not as fast as I wanted to.
I felt a small tap on my shoulders, after what seemed forever Persephone had tapped my shoulder to wake me up. I glanced over to her and rolled my eyes to wake them up. A small groan escaped my lips as I laid my head on her chest, she chuckled and ruffled my hair.
" you seem tired now Cas, come on we need to try one thing" she persuaded
" I know, let me do some stretches" I yawned and stood up
I did some stretches and watched as Persephone did the same, she stood straight up and calmed herself down. I watched her as she moved her arms and spoke an Egyptian work, a vase broke in front of her. I clapped my hands lightly and smiled, she told me she wanted me to do this by the end of today. Or over a couple of days if possible maybe four. I nodded and started out standing, I watched her one more time as her hand went down as she spoke the word.
I tried for a couple of times, never getting the hand of it. After a while a bell rang, Persephone groaned but licked her lips. Meaning something was ready to eat, which I needed badly. I ran inside to see food in the kitchen, the smell of it was overwhelmingly good. I grabbed food before anyone else could and sat on the couch, digging into it while everyone got their food. Persephone chuckled and smirked at how much food I had on my plate.
" someones hungry" Jeremy chuckled as my stomach growled or I think it was me personally
" yeah, being not able to eat until this morning is pretty rough saying that its dinner time already" I smirk and raise my eyebrow at him
After eating we all stayed in the living room, I showed them the spell she taught me. But nothing happened, which got me kind of bummed. Everyone was talking about they did, obviously Taylor didn't speak since the old man probably told him not to. They had nice things to say, but me I just wasn't getting it right. But I knew I had to practice more. I told the guys that I was going to stay here for a while until I can use magic, and they respected that. And so they all wanted to stay here with me, which got me all emotional and mad eye tear up. For some reason I was being all emotional today, but I guess I liked the attention from all of them. Hades removed himself from the living room to go do his job, which Persephone had to see and went along with him. Everyone found a room to sleep in which made me smile, Taylor sat next to me after everyone left.
" you did good today, the spell came out a bit too forced though." he started
" what do you mean" I questioned and giggled

" Impressive, I hope to become as great as you someday. Then I can bring my old man to Egypt and he'll get to see mother, but well the mortal thing" I frowned
" unless your father is a magician " he suggested which bought up a good point
If my father was a magician then he could possibly talk to my father. I couldn't help my smile after all that crying. Taylor smiled and hugged me form the side, I didn't care at this point where he hugged me I was just so happy. I had to ask my dad, but maybe when we get back to the overworked.
