A/N: beware this chapter might suck ass, kind of emotionally unstable today because of a bitch, but I'm still going to try and get this chapter up for all of you. Hope you like it, and please fix anything if you see it. or just tell me about it, thanks.
I looked around the mansion and saw servants and demons all around, they were growling at me. I was actually pretty scared of them, I heard Seth chuckle and stop in his office.
" your here for your mother right" he asked
" yes" I nodded and wanted to know what he was going to do
" well then, ill have to talk to my friends. They said we needed her magic to do this" he explained
" that will kill her, you know this Seth. Get some other random magician, or make magic yourself" I tried fixing the problem
" whats down is down, if you can't find her before the machine is built then your going in with her or in bars" he growled
" your not going to help me" I asked
" I have work to do, will you please excuse me" he slammed his door and left me hanging
I blinked before moving away from the door, Pharaoh changed back into a hellhound and sniffed her out. I ran after him as we searched all over the place, we went everywhere. We finally came to a hallway that wasn't lit, Pharaoh looked up at me and questioned the thought that mother could be down there. We both looked back at the hallway again and tried looking really hard, there were doors lining the walls with chains on them to hold something into them. I walked slowly inside, I heard heavy breathing and crying. Roaring and all sorts of noise from mythical creatures. Pharaoh growled as he walked behind me, but it wasn't very loud. The creatures in the so called jail cells shut up, I whistled as lights turned on.
" im not here to hurt you guys, I'm here to rescue you. Just tell me where my mother is and ovule live" I asked as they spoke to themselves.
" Do you think they understand you" Pharaoh asked
" she's at the end miss" a satyr whispers
" thank you " I smiled and walked to the end of the hall
I looked at a jail cell that was bigger then the others, it was dark and it didn't look like anyone was home. Pharaoh jumped onto one of the bars and sniffed, he raised as eyebrow and backed up. He lied down and whimpered like he was hurt. I looked at the room, looking closer to everything. Before I could move a tiger scratched my cheek, making it bleed. I backed away and placed a hand on my cheek, taking it away so I could see it. It was pretty bad.
" are you sure this is your mother" he asked
" yes, Seth probably took most of her magic away for her to turn into a tiger" I explained and sighed
" then what should we do" he wondered
" ill have to talk to her" I said and sat on the floor.
I was shaking, and a lot. Being scared of my mother wasn't one of my ideas of good parenting. I watched as she walked back and forth in the cell, her eyes were on me the whole time. I nodded and closed my eyes, Pharaoh whined and laid behind me looking for demons. I blew wind out of my mouth as I spoke Egyptian, If you think I know what I'm doing, yeah no I don't know what I'm doing. The tiger that was my mom growled at me, then I heard a plop on the ground. I didn't bother opening my eyes. My form changed into a panther, I could hear my mother screaming for help. It was very unlikely to hear my mother scream for help.
" Cas are you there" she asked
" i've always been here" I replied and heard her purr
" get me out of here" she whimpered
I changed back into a human and unlocked the door with a spell I learned which impressed my mother. I jumped on my moms back she walked slowly to open the other cells, once everyone was out she ran for the door. She knew this place like the back of her palm. I guess demons couldn't smell us because none of them were running after us, or well seeing us. I looked above me to see a harpy flying right above us, I hate those creatures so much. I smiled and watched as Pharaoh turned into a black harpy, talking to the other one. They camouflaged us in with the demons smell. Which was pretty impressive for them.
It was still night outside so the doors would still be open. My mother ran to the door, it was opened a crack just like last time.
" hoo~ what do we have here" a demon spoke
My mother growled and stopped in front of him, the demon wasn't like other demons. He was half human. I gritted my teeth and jumped off of her, Pharaoh was above me and the other harpy was above mother. He smiled and bowed his head.
" what do you want, are you going to tell Seth were escaping" I asked
" not really, I do fond over the demigods and magicians better" he admitted tilting his head
" then what do you want" I questioned
" let me come with you, not being able to see the sun is horrifying" he whined
" you die in the sun " I raised an eyebrow
" a magic spell will do the trick " he crossed his arms and pleaded
I rolled my eyes and jumped onto my mothers back, I knew this spell. She did as well. It was a spell that Persephone used on Pharaoh. And he was going to be some good help. Ella was sleeping on my shoulder this whole time, I rolled my eyes at her. I looked back at the demon and sighed.
" if we get home before morning I'll think about" I spoke as the demon turned into a snake
I watched as he slithered onto my arm and wrapped around it, he disappeared into a tattoo of a snake on my wrist. It kind of hurt when it was imbedded into my skin, biting my bottom lip my mother proceeded to run home. Once we were out of the door it close shut behind us, the creatures I let out went away. They cheered as they went different directions. Pharaoh changed into a crow and landed on my head, this family of mine is one weird one. I looked down at my phone, I missed several calls and messages from the guys and from my father. They will need an explanation for why we all left and why mother is a tiger.
I shook my head and watched as the scenery went by. I didn't realize we were almost home, my mother was a fast runner. I saw the tunnel open for us, and closed behind us. I heard nothing, people seemed depressed. We came to the mansion to see father walking back and forth, he looked up and smiled at us.
" finally, be glad Taylor isn't up yet" he chuckled and hugged me and Pharaoh
" why did you hug me sir" he questioned
" your like a son to me, and i've always wanted a son" he whispered the lat part which made me giggle
" what time is it" Ella yawned and changed into a human still cuddled next to my arm
" while you were asleep your girlfriend got her mother back" Pharaoh chirped and ruffle her hair
" but where is your mother" father asked before hiding behind me when mother growled
I explained and he wanted to kill that bastard for hurting his wife and almost turning her into a wild animal just fro her magic. I chuckled and patted his back. After the journey I took a shower, I thought my mother would change back to a human. But my father was still looking through books and spells and nothings working for her or on her. My father did like this, he wanted to figure things out by himself. But that wasn't going to happen since that was my mother he was trying to save. Then I had an idea, maybe if we distorted Seth's machine or whatever he was making then maybe she can have her magic back. Or there could be a better and easier way to get her back her human form.
" dad I know your trying, maybe we all have try together. To get her magic back. Or maybe we just have to wait" I muttered rubbing one of my arms
" I appreciate the thought Cas, but honestly I didn't think you would be just like your mother. Adventurous and doesn't have a care in the world, you don't care what happens to yourself. You care for you friends, and now your friends care for yourself. " he explained and ruffled my hair
" dad... please let me help. She's my mom and I missed her as well" I whine and sniffle a bit
He chuckled and and hugged me, it was a tight one. He let go and nodded before heading off to their bedroom, where mother was waiting.
" so the queen can't transform back into a human" the demon hissed as he wrapped himself around my neck
" what do you want" I glared
" a name would be nice" he purred into my ears
" a name, is that how you'll be my pet. And I.. will be your master" I dare say it, a magician having a demon as a pet was not hirable but the demon can tell its master what to do.
" thats how it goes" he nodded
" if I give you a name, promise you'll only come out when your called. Got it" I muttered and heard him agree. " but I don't know what to name you" I added
" take your time" he slithered towards my arm wrapping around it once more
" How about Tenebre, which means darkness in Italian" I questioned as a smirk crossed his lips
" interesting, I'll take it" he nodded as our contract began
He disappeared onto my wrist and never spoke another word, I sighed and looked around. No one was watching me which gave me relief. I walked out into the garden to think, I needed time to myself. I forgot how it felt. I sat down on the grass and though to myself for a while. I looked down at my wrist and smiled, I didn't think I'll be able to get my own demon. Mother will yell at me forever now that I have a demon, but I also have two guardians and five guy friends who want me alive for the next 8 centuries probably. Which is going to be a tough one for me, because I don't think I can live that long. Is that even possible??

" yeah, I'm fine. I finally named him" I gestured to my wrist
" really, your pretty fond of that demon. What did you name him" He asked
" hey Tenebre " I smiled and he appeared on my arm
" hes a snake" Pharaoh raised an eyebrow

" thanks, I tried" I slightly blushed and patted his head
A/N: Maybe this was a bit too sudden to stop till the next chapter, but I like being evil. I don't have much to talk about, I think I know how I'm going to end this book. But don't worry its not over yet, a couple more chapters then I'll have to think about it. Because Im working and school and everything is so stressful I just want to hide in my room and watch anime or play slither.io. Yup so hopefully you guys are enjoying the book, like I say before please change the grammar and spelling I desperately need help with that.
