The next morning I woke up, I wasn't under the covers so no one tried to make me comfortable last night. Duncan was sleeping next to me, I smiled before sitting up. Things seemed fuzzy to me, I was dizzy and couldn't sit up straight which confused me. I looked around and found Jeremy sleeping on the floor closer to the door, guarding the room like a watch dog.

I groaned and crumbled it into my pocket, I put my shoes on and walked out of my bedroom. I tiptoed out into the quart yard to see my mother standing there, a red bird was on her shoulder. " Horus sent this messenger bird, he told us that he's stuck in a situation that you need to go check out. He told me he was going to find a magician in the underworld with Anubis. He's such a stupid man " she rubbed her temples as the bird flew to the ground
" oh.. so I'm going alone" I questioned
" the boys will be going with you, don't worry their'll help you change into your animal form" she informed me as she ruffled my hair before leaving to her bedroom.
The phoenix stayed still, not flying after her. I crouched down in front of it and smiled, there was a collar around its neck. Covered in small diamonds, with black lettering. The name writing on the tag was Lunar, I chuckled at this and stood up. The bird hopped onto my shoulder and just sat there, shrugging I turned around to see Duncan and Jeremy stretching every limb they have on their body. Coughing they looked up and nervously laughed.
" whelp were here, wheres the prince" Jeremy rolled his eyes and crossed his arms
" honestly I want to leave before he realizes he has to come with us" I mutter

" but then again he could of heard all of that" Taylor groaned and cracked his knuckles

" yeah yeah, lets go" He muttered and changed into a falcon flying around us
I watched as the other two followed him, I jumped onto Duncan's back as he pranced into the air. I heard the phoenix screech and fly after Taylor, I bet he didn't even know where we were going.
" where are we going Cas" Duncan asked
" to the land of the dead" I giggled and he groaned
" why Horus why" I heard Jeremy complain
I smiled and watched as Jeremy told Taylor who nodded and started to fly in a different direction now. Which was out of the city, and far from people. I watched as the city grew smaller in distance, which mad eye kind of sad. I didn't want to forget about this place even though I'll probably be back. I then turned my attention to Jeremy and Taylor they were flying back and forth. I didn't realize that I had fallen asleep on Duncan's back, I sat up and rubbed my eyes. It was night already, I stretched my arms out and yawned. Taylor flew next to us and screech into my ears.

I looked down and saw ocean, I blinked before getting scared for my life. Why were we crossing the ocean, why not go on a boat like normal people. Well no that probably wasn't a option in this situation.
" how do you guys change into animals, I want to learn" I blurt out
" right now, can't you wait until we get to the ground maybe" Jeremy whined at me

It wasn't until long that I spotted land, I wanted them to hurry up but they seemed too tired to even move any further. I sighed and looked around us, there was a boat going towards the land. I pointed at it, making sure Duncan saw my finger. He nodded and told the other two guys, he slowly jumped onto the boat. They didn't change back into humans, I guessed I had to do the rest. Aka, the talking and getting hurt part.
I tiptoed close to the door, there were men laughing and talking. I was basically ease dropping on their conversation.
" once we get to the island what are we going to do Daniel" a man asked
" don't ask me, we were told by Hades to do this job" he grumbled
Wait Hades? The greek god of the underworld, why did I point this ship out to them. I groaned inside my head and continued to ease drop on them.
" right, so how are we supposed to drop them off" another man asked

I heard her footsteps get closer to the door, I moved away and hid behind a barrel. Why was I doing this, why couldn't I just fly in and ask like the boys wanted me to. I sighed and watched as she looked around, I was about to jump out in front of her when Taylor landed in front of her. She gasped and stepped back, he screeched loud enough for the three men to come running out with guns and with anything they could fine.

And of course I was a blushing mess, we explained to them where we were headed and they loved the idea. Since they had prisoners who were headed there as well. Once everyone was aquatinted we went below deck and had some drinks.
" so, where are you guys from" Claire asked
" oh um" I looked at the three boys who weren't helping me at all. " were from Egypt" I continued as Claire, Clayton, Daniel and Markus just stared at me like I was crazy
" Really, we thought you were joking when you said you were a prince and princess" Daniel scratched his head and sighed
" oh well Taylor is a prince, I'm just a daughter of a goddess. And were all demigods, well and magicians. Except for me, I don't know my magic yet " I explained
" thats so cool, I wish we could be demigods. Sadly we were born in the underworld, working our butts off for Hades. It sucks down there, but now we work up here helping him get his prisoners back " she explained back as the boat got closer to the island.
Markus stood up and went to the wheel, I followed because I wanted to see how he did it. I was curious about more stuff now that Im not in my room all the time. He turned the boat to face side ways to the island, and he got close enough to the dock so we could get out easily. Claire had gotten the prisoners out of the jail cell and was holding them. Jeremy took them and glared at them, which made me chuckle. We said our goodbyes and waved to them as they left us alone on the island. Duncan and Taylor were helping hold the prisoners, which there was only three of them.
" why did you help them, their bastards" the old looking male barked
" sorry we had to hitch a ride to death row, now will you please be quiet so I can do this" I growled and shut him up
" damn Cas is smooth today" Duncan teased before shutting up as I glared at him
I looked around, it was an abandoned village. That had over grown plants all over it and moldy wood all over the place as well. I walked through the main round and heard soft mutters, I stopped in my tracks. In front of us was a well harpy, I think thats what their called. Its wings grazed across my skin, I closed my eyes not wanting to look at it. I thought everything was over until I heard a horrible scream and a blade moving past my ear. I opened my eyes to see the harpy on the floor, and one of the prisoners out of the ropes. Plus his sword was in the harpy's chest.
" i'll give you credit for effort toots" he winked and got back his sword as the harpy turned to golden dust
" I hate men" I growled and walked ahead
I was seriously going to die if I don't become stronger, but how am I going to do that in such a short time? Lets wait and see what happens.
