Do we ever truly get over our first loves? The first person who we cared for...the first person who hurt us...?482Please respect copyright.PENANAPZMBipJuO6
I think we do to some extent, but not ever completely.
I think we move past them and the pain we endured, but we never forget... we've built a "wall" in our hearts and minds with their name on it and we will forever have it there.
So...does that mean we only let other people in a certain amount after the "wall" is built? I'd say so, yes. 482Please respect copyright.PENANA0goJwiGXML
When I lost the first person I'd ever truly cared for, it almost destroyed me. It took me forever to finally move past it, and I think it'd have taken longer had it not been for what he did. Despite that, I built a "wall" and no one has gotten past it since it's been built. 482Please respect copyright.PENANAtxt2vwP3Z3
I think it's possible to let someone past it, but it'd probably take many years and tons of trust. You'd have to know that you could trust that person.
It's safer to keep them on the other side of our "wall", it gives them less to hurt. 482Please respect copyright.PENANAxBWSyoqp60
I think we will always be a part of the pain and the "wall" we built, but I think we can move past it and love like deeply again.
