I believe it is, in a way.
Give to get?
A drive thru. The guy in front of you either pays for your food or he doesn't. Karma?
So, let's say the day before you see someone drop a $20 bill and you know it's theirs, if you keep that $20, you will have had the money to pay for your food. Your karma has come to you. You have got the "prize" per say.
But, let's say you call out their name and give it back to them. Honesty. So, you don't have that $20 to pay for your food. Does Karma work & guy in front of you pay for you food?
Not always. But it would no doubt come back in one way or another. Give to get.
Treat to be treated?
The new girl at school. She's kinda different. Do you pick on her or do you not? Your friends do. Do you?
Your friends think she's weird because she flips her hair a lot She thinks she's better then you, right? OR did you think maybe it's insecurity instead? Sometimes she'll give you a sideways look. She's looking down on you, right? Did you ever think maybe she's shy?
It's like us humans jump to the worst...and that's how we become monsters.
Let's say 5 years from now you walk into a job interview with the CEO of a company. Impressive. So, you sit down and casually glance up at her. Instantly you recognize her as this new girl from the above example. Did you pick on her?
If you did, and many of us would've, then does that hinder you from getting the job? Karma?
So, let's say you did. You don't get the job. Maybe picking on her and getting thumbs up from your friends was your "prize" per say.
If you didn't, you could get the job. Karma back at you.
Of course, it could work both ways.
So, give to get? Treat to be treated? Karma? You decide.
Please let me know what you guys think in the comments!
