Deep in the bowls of another hidden lab.
Amaro and Julius watch over a group of scientists who are finishing a hidden project not meant for the world to see yet.
The two converse about the events that passed and what they will do next.
Amaro: It's almost finished isn't it?
Julius: Yes.
Julius turns to Amaro and says, "Well need assistance for our mission now more than ever. Especially since Sigmond has reappeared."
Amaro scowls at the mention of his name and says, "I can handle that on my own."
Julius replies to Amaro saying, "Oh I know you could my friend. I was just thinking about your situation. I know if it were me. I'd want him to suffer, but if it's your wish to take him out on your own. I understand.
Julius raises his hands in the air toward the looming structure the scientists are finishing and says, "Either way well use the great Victor Hawkins to exact my vengeance onto this planet and well divide it with every warlord evenly. Then everyone will wish they stayed on my side! Elias took my chance at vengeance for my daughter. So I took his life. The Caine family took the company I built from the ground up. So I took their number 1 soldier. Now I lose my only son. I'll tear this entire planet apart myself!"
Julius approaches the structure. Then tells a nearby scientist, "Activate the hawk."
The technologist instantly complies.
Then a zap of electricity shoots through the looming structure waking it.
Two glowing orange eyes peer at its surroundings and notices Julius.
Julius then says, "Ahh Victor, you're awake."
The machine looks below itself examining its body.
Julius still talking tells the awakened soldier, "We did our best to keep you as normal as you could be...in the end it was impossible...We know who did this to you, how you ended up like this. You got into a fight with some of the empress's sympathizers. A droid joined in by the name of Supremeo. The fight started to turn left. So he escaped and collapsed their entire hideout on top of you and everyone else inside...He returned to the Caine's leaving out that he killed you in the process while defeating the sympathizers, and they instantly hailed him as a hero. Do you understand me, Victor? That droid is faulty. If it would kill you. No telling what it would do to others. That's why we resurrected you! Who else would be perfect to stop an all-powerful droid?... Victor, you still have a chance at him! If he'll kill you. There's no telling who else he'll end to get his way!"
The newly revived Victor Hawkins looks toward the roof of the lab and begins to literally spread his wings.
4 enormous grey and black colored wings emerge from its back. Victor begins to fly. Everyone looks up toward the machine. Then Victor breaks through the nearest wall and makes his way toward the surface.
As Julius and Amaro stare at the tunnel Victor created. Julius tells his fellow warlord, "Ready to watch the world burn my friend?" Amaro just grins with excitement.
