Personal auras have also been brought up as a subject of interest within the psychic plane, and among topics within the AVPSI. Directly defining these psychic auras has been challenging due to a higher variance of theories generated by Humans. The most common definition of an aura is as follows:21Please respect copyright.PENANA3jUfZFHV1O
Auras are thin coats of colored and textured light that appears around every individual person, and usually reflects immediate moods and overall personality traits. If these auras exist in the first place, then the next logical implication would be that there are Scions who can visually see these auras on all other people. The challenge for the AVPSI was and has always been separating confirmed evidence from anecdotal claims with this specific subject matter. Interest in this report remains high, because if a Scion can see the aura of another, then proving it to Altiri Scryers should actually be easy. Furthermore, the theoretical power of seeing auras is partially supported by the idea of Thought Dynamics, in which one’s dynamic thought can reflect what they feel in more ways that just invisible/detectable thought waves.21Please respect copyright.PENANAzVM5w6UUyW

There were several empirical obstacles from the very beginning of the observational setup. Shortly after LQQ approved this project for study, some of theAltiri brought up psionic theory as it was presented by Herios, highlighting the specific factors of psionic strength differences for each potential ability. Once the common definition was settled, auras became part of this factorization was well. Recall earlier that an ability such as telepathy uses much more energy than something like clairvoyance, and that claircognizance uses even less energy than either of those. The energy requirement is not the only proportional factor that changes; the effect of thermal energy on each ability (directed on the Cora) also becomes lessened by its proportionate energy requirement. Claircognizance for example may still work if the user is in an environment between 60oF and 80oF, but not anything over 80oF. Psionic Scanning can be set in the same way, whereas telepathy is much stricter about this temperature factor. Seeing auras on the other hand, based on theoretical data in how the ability would function is determined to require very little energy at all, as the ability would constantly be running without any user input, leading to the side-conclusion that the user would also have little control over this passive power. This also means that the user could in theory use this power in areas even around 90oF. The temperature constraint for seeing auras is weaker, and still undetermined since the ability itself is not certain to exist. The reason this is an empirical obstacle, is because the previous method (in which Clairvoyant Scryers would determine if a psychic was fake based on their use of an ability in the heat) would not be valid for this particular project of study. This means that for auras in particular, validating or debunking a proclaimed aura-seer is going to be very difficult for the AVPSI.21Please respect copyright.PENANAhuUc1l84ls

The second empirical obstacle has to do with the way in which aura-seeing can be made observable to the clairvoyants who study that person of interest. While it may not have been mentioned before in the report of clairvoyant powers, the information that the clairvoyant sees is usually not directly through the eyes of the target; rather all information around them from an aerial 360oF visual angle. This means that watching a self-proclaimed aura-seer with clairvoyance alone will determine nothing.21Please respect copyright.PENANAgz9ewP8vBv

The third empirical obstacle is similar to the second, with additional detail towards psionic information transfer differences in the “sensible” range of shared nodes. If a male clairvoyant for example uses their power to observe what a female target can see around them (keeping in mind the visual differences of color range between men and women), then the male clairvoyant will only see the color ranges they are used to and capable of seeing; they cannot observe any visual data which is impossible for them to see. The rule works the same way for all psionic abilities including telepathy and clairsentience. Sensory sharing or networking may only work if both nodes have the ability or capacity to detect the same sensory information.21Please respect copyright.PENANAmgL3VL2VzN

We previously mentioned that the Altiri are not Human, so the possibility of them seeing auras using clairvoyance falls down even further. In addition to this, if one person can see auras and the other clairvoyant spying on them does not have that natural ability or cannot learn it, it should mean that any psionic trick that the sending node uses on their target would tell them nothing about their target’s ability. For this reason, the way in which auras can be determined must not be studied as other abilities have before. In fact, aura-seeing may be an ability only accessible to humans, and only provable through circumstantial means only.21Please respect copyright.PENANA5kybD9r0Oo

Auras are a mysterious phenomenon to the AVPSI, and there are a lot of obstacles standing in the way of determining whether or not such an ability exists in the first place. So, like most humans do, determining the validity of aura-seers must be done in the most traditional way possible; physical observation and detail deduction. Even with the previous obstacles, clairvoyants can still watch their targets without their targets being aware they are watched in the first place. The elements to look out for are any inconsistencies in their powers when it comes to making open deductions about others, or if - for example - a proclaimed aura-seer slips up and admits they are faking it for the money when nobody else is presumably around to hear them. Unfortunately, there are not that many self-proclaimed aura-seers of interest. Many who claim to have the ability that also follow or associate too much with the spiritualistcommunity are usually ignored by the Scryers entirely, to preserve objectiveness in their data. The only way for the AVPSI to prove that an aura-seer has a real ability is to observe such a seer making deductions about their targets of interest yielding results that are both true and highly accurate. It can become further complex when certain non-empirical data must be introduced in order to conduct an empirical observation, though this has not deterred the Scryers.21Please respect copyright.PENANABJCZPzEtpN

At present, there are very few if any aura-seers that have come onto the radar of study by the AVPSI, and since the investigation is a long-term, ongoing, new study, the validity of this power has yet to be determined.21Please respect copyright.PENANANlQGXanOpv

This page also mentioned briefly the unknown ability of spiritual healing. It would normally have nothing to do with auras as the ability has had several different mentioned methods of function, though one in the spiritualist community mentioned the prospect of merging auras. Since data about auras is scarce, the AVPSI asked for deductions of the validity of spiritual healing. There was no point in searching for those with this power, since at the time, many humans were (and still are) scanned for other psionic powers, so it would have shown up by now. Factors about psionic energy not affecting matter, chemicals, or biology (as discussed in psychokinesis) played the biggest role in the overall deduction of the ability being false. No psionic power has the ability to heal any physical injury, and based on current up-to-date data, there is no reason to assume spiritual healing or aura sharing was anything worth spending time on either. Thus, the AVPSI made a quick and strong conclusion that spiritual healing, including all phenomena (propaganda) sent out by the spiritualist community regarding healing crystals and aerosols is baseless and untrue, and that the ability itself is a non-existent one. Auras on the other hand are an undetermined ability.21Please respect copyright.PENANA7llj3yCysz
