Episode 3 cooooould be considered a filler? But in reality, its purpose is to strengthen the relationship between Sebastian and Yumi.

It's a small little episode that contains Sebastian caring for Yumi while she was suffering from a severe illness, and if you like romance, then this chapter is for you because it is growth in the relationship itself.

It's been burning slow hehe we need to amp it up!

Black Butler the anime (and the manga) is not a romance, but you can tell there is somewhat of a relationship between Sebastian and the main character Ciel. Although no one is sure if this relationship, I can assume that Sebastian does actually care about Ciel. Even though he wants to nom nom his soul.

I wanted to build more off of that in this fanfiction (and because I'm shipping him with my main character, and that's why you guys are here lol), but this my explanation for Episode 3.
