The waves are crashing against the rocks, the sand grains between my bare toes, my hair is whipping around my face the sunshine bringing a warm feeling against my body as I'm curled up in Cal's arms.
"I'm glad you came today, I didn't think you would if I'm honest," I look up at Cal to see him smiling.
"I'm not gonna lie I'm nervous, but I couldn't let you down."
Taking my chin into his hand lifting it up so I looked at him, "Nervous about what, I won't hurt you, Rea you can trust me, I won't walk away," his eyes twinkling brightly as he leans forward kissing my cheek.
Getting up from his lap I 0ull him up pulling him towards the ocean bed, entwining his fingers into mine we both gaze out.
"I know you're not like Alex Cal, I know you wouldn't hurt me."
I could see him gazing at me waiting for me to continue when I didn't he spun me around into his hard chest his mouth inches away from my neck my pulse sored as I felt my heart in my mouth instead he whispered in my ear..."Rea will you be my girlfriend.
"Rea, Rea, get ready you got a date to get ready for, Cal will be on time, unless you're going in your PJs, I threw the pillow trying to aim for Ty I peeked over at the clock, SHIT!!!! Not another frigging dream.
Ty was right I had 40mins that ain't enough time to get ready.
45 minutes later I'm ready.
Walking into the kitchen I see Cal smirking at me whilst talking to my dad, "Goodmorning baby girl, Cal was just telling me he's taking you to Brighton for the day," I looked over to see Cal smiling, I was instantly excited I loved Brighton it's such a shame Ty wasn't coming now it's the LGTBQ capital.
Dad passed me some cash as did Ty before I and Cal left for the Three-hour journey.
Cal turned on the radio onto kiss.
Minutes into the journey we had already found some common grounds, perfect strangers came on the radio they was it I leant forward cranking up the volume bopping round in my seat, hair flapping everywhere, I must have looked like a right twat but it didn't seem to bother Cal in the slightest, to say I felt comfortable around him felt great, it felt amazing to feel so free in my skin, he glanced over smiling at me, I was trying so hard not to open my gob and sing but as the chorus started which was always my favourite part, my head almost ricocheted off my shoulders as my head whipped round to see Cal beat me his voice was amazing he hit every note sounding just as good as a professional my mouth was wide in awe.
"Shhhh don't tell a soul you heard me sing," he chuckled as he sang the rest of the song.
This was what it was like most of the journey, a song would come on and if Cal knew it he would sing to me, I was fast approaching fangirl status it was unreal, (no1fan right here).
Out of the blew I well and truly opened my gob, oh noooo not to sing...."So what else are you good at then Cal?" I almost wished I had not just said that talk about allowing an innuendo to smack a man's ego right in the kisser especially a highly sexed crazed one at that, he smirked at me.
"Well Rea, I guess that depends on what you would like me to be good at," Omg they were like gunpowder to a bullet just waiting to fire the pistol of my fully loaded hormones, it was not just the words but the way he said it too I had to cross my legs to diminish the discomfort.
Cal looked over at me, a smirk forming on his perfect features. I'm sure my beetroot chops were evident right now, every blood cell in my body was burning me from the inside out.
"Rea, you're so innocent it's driving me mad," he placed his hand on my leg as he returned to look at the road.
I so wanted to drag that hand further up my thigh to find some sorry of release but couldn't
"What do you mean? Have I pissed you off," he gripped my thigh tighter oh flip that felt good, damn Rea concentrate.
"No way babe, you ain't pissed me off, I'm just trying to control my potty mouth around you."
If only you knew what my potty mouth has said, I thought to myself, this was even easier than I thought, I wanted to know what he wanted to say I really did but I didn't wanna rush it not now.
I focused back on the road taking in the picturesque views but to be honest everything was kinda blurry my thoughts were racing.
"Do you fancy going to the sea life centre first I hear someone likes fish," that totally had my attention I went many times as a child I was always the one who asked loads questions, stood in lines for ages just to feed them, I grew quite a fascination for marine life, I remember telling my dad once I wanted to be a marine biologist I loved everything about the thought of studying them, keeping them safe in captivity, helping them survive in a world where people think it's ok to kill sharks and whales for sport, so as you can tell I was ecstatic that someone told Cal exactly where to take me.
Arriving in front of the sea life centre moments later, I was so eager to get in, heading straight for the tunnel thousands of beautiful multicoloured fish were waiting for me to admire them, that is exactly what I did.
"Cal this is amazing, I've never been to this one before it's huge quick let's go see the timetable for today, uhhhh I so wanna feed the rays here," I was grinning like a Cheshire cat.
Cal took my hand in his dragging through the crowds of people, not a concern in the world that they people might have been lookin.....holy shit, my jaw drops, tears flood to my eyes, right in front of me I spot the most beautiful shark his swimming above our heads my vision splayed out over the glass dome above our heads it was so much bigger than the ones I had been too, I let go of Cal's hand to run over to the glass running my fingers along the glass a small group of fish all different colours and sizes danced 'im front of me following my movement.
Cal wrapped his arms around my waist resting his head on my shoulder, pointing at a fish, "What's that one called he's cute," I giggled, that's a clownfish."

We had made our way around lots of areas I had fed the rays, touched much fish, watched baby seahorses clinging onto each other with their tails eating tiny shrimps with their trumpet noses in the seahorse nursery I was so ecstatic right now.
"Here ya go babe, hot chocolate with cream, oooh what's that?" right now we are sitting in the glass bottom boat it used to be one of my favourite parts it reminded me of being in the bottom of the sea like Ariel when she found that abandoned boat where she found the treasure, "that was a hammerhead shark they are quite a rarity around these parts not many left most common is a great white," Cal looked at me dumbfounded, "quite smart ain't ya, I've never been to anything like this before, my childhood was quite boring."
I felt so bad for Cal, it was obvious he had missed out on so much growing up, mine was quite dysfunctional except dad and Ty but I still had a family.
I snuggled into Cal's side wrapping my arms around his waist reassuring him, he pulled me closer to him kissing my head, he smelt so damn good.
"Fancy going for lunch I know a great place not far away."
