"He did what?" my brother seethed through clench teeth, oh he so wasn't happy.

When Ty found me slumped on the floor in the ladies at the club he brought me back to the cabin leaving the others behind.

"I've told you, Alex dumped me, I passed my phone to him at the open text, I could literally see the steam coming off him.

" Can I borrow your phone a minute sis I want to call coach."

The room was spinning I nodded trying to focus on one spot.

Moments later I heard a raised voice, " Yo coach it's Ty, is it true Alex has up and left the team?" as if my feelings were right I heard a lot of hmmm, oh, right, uh huh, I knew just by Ty's answers coach was telling him what I suspected all along.

"Ok coach well I don't want him rejoining at all or I will quit as captain.........Oh yeah, I'm a deadly serious coach, ok cool well we will see you Tuesday."

Ty walked back into the living room sitting next to me placing my legs in his lap I was too nervous to ask what was said but luckily I didn't have to ask because Ty knew me so well.

Wiping ringlets from my sweaty brow he smiled, "It's true is he left that night you saw him at the park with her I'm sorry sis."

Ty pulled me into his arms holding me tight kissing my head, tears clouded my eyes but this time I tried to shut them out this time I wanted to stay strong, I guess I just really wanted it to be a dream and wake up knowing he was still here but no my life ain't like that it sucks shit he really was gone.

"Rea listen to me ok, you don't need him if he was any decent guy he wouldn't have dumped you at the first hurdle, it's true you can't exactly do anything about who Alex has slept with, he was a bit of a fuckboy but he seemed to genuinely like you so I thought he was growing up, he's an absolute pussy sis I swear if he ever shows his face around here again I'll......." I looked up at Ty, "You will not, ok? like you said he ain't worth it I guess being my first ever boyfriend it kinda hurt a lot."

Ty nodded at me, " Yeah is your first always hurts the most because its new, you put a lot into it because you trust that person, you should have chosen Cal, sis, he's had a thing for you for ages, if I was his best mate could choose his best option it would be you," I gazed at him with what must have looked like horror because he just laughed at my face, I mean hell yeah Cal is fit as fuck and I've had a crush for yeah but wtf seriously.

"Ty Cal just broke up with our sister I can't see that working."

Wait a god damn minute did my bro just roll his eyes at me, "Rea why do you think he dumped Liv, he chose what sister he wanted that day he's always liked you but he accepted it when you made your choice to go after Alex is he was upset about it."

I blushed, all of a sudden my tummy churned I just made it to the bathroom before Ty was wearing my insides for a blanket.

Ty chuckled as he leant against the bathroom door, "Feeling better now sis damn you didn't have to gag after I told you about Cal he's not that bad I would totally bang him if I was gay."

That was it I threw my head back in guffaws of laughter but then almost choked as a string of saliva hit the back of my throat.

Ty was blushing in all my years I've never seen him blush so damn hard I pulled him down to my level which in this tiny space was pretty hard because he was all arms and legs.

I looked him square in the eyes, "Ty are you a closet gay?" now he was rolling, he wiped tears of laughter away before speaking again, "No sis I'm not gay but I am Bi and omg you have no idea how embarrassing it is when I'm in the lads lockers at shower time, I'm forever eye raping sis its sooooo hard" he watched my eyes widen before we both rolled around in laughter, that's what we do best we find moments of pain etc and turn it into laughter.

"Well if it makes you feel any better that girl from the shop and the club tonight id totally bang her too his eyes twinkled like he remembered something his hand dug into his jean pocket and he pulled out a flyer passing it to me I looked down at it noticing some small handwriting holy shit its Monica she only gave me her damn number.

"She told me to give this to you when we get home, give her a call she will pop down take you out shopping, she seemed genuine sis" I nodded at Ty he was right she really is genuine.

Our peace ended a little while after midnight when all the others rolled in with arms full of stuff from balloons to champagne, cake, apparently all courtesy of Monica I was in shock that was beyond sweet of her I will definitely call her tomorrow and thank her.

I finally snuck away after 2 am from eating cake to opening everyone's gifts they brought me I hugged and kissed them all before going to bed I was officially 18, I'd had enough of my birthday already from the moment I woke up this morning I couldn't take any more, slipping into my new SpongeBob PJs the twins got me, I snuggled up in the bed hoping my drunk ass wouldn't wake up with a hangover Tomorow.

"Rea, Rea wakeup it's Theo, I looked up at him blinking.

" Theo it's still dark out what's wrong?" he chuckled "I've just come to tell you I've got to head back to Cal's early, Tammy got early flight she will be here in the morning, I hope you had an amazing birthday," I smiled.

"Yes, I have had an amazing birthday thanks to all of you, thanks for being here Theo."

He bent down kissing my lips, "I wouldn't have missed it for the world you mean the world to me princess now enjoy tomorrow and I'll see you Tuesday," kissing me one last time he walked out.
