I throw it beside her and she starts to pass out. I quickly go out and start to find a exit. Lyra then hits me on the shoulder with the back of her spear. I scream in pain briefly get on the ground then I grip onto the ground and struggle to get on my feet, one hand on my shoulder that's throbing in pain. I stagger to my feet and look at her bitterly. I shallow back any pain im feeling. "I won't surrender" I say agressively as if I'm not afraid. "Then you will die as well" she replys and knocks me to the ground and then kicks me. I lose my breath for a moment but then gasp for air as im coughing. "You will break" she spits at me. Then as she attempts to kick me again I trip her. She quickly falls to the ground and I get on top of her and hold the glass to her throat and let it glaze her neck a little, She starts to bleed. "Don't move!" I say sharply yet half out of breath. She stares at me startled "Where is the exit!?" I demand. She stays silent I cut her throat a bit deeper as it starts to bleed. "Tell me where is the exist!" I yell at her desperately.
Its just up ahead, - you'll see a light then forest" She says as her voice cracks. I move the glass then punch her in the face hard as her nose bleeds and my nuckles redden, then I punch her again to make sure she stays down. My hands are covered in blood but cant tell if its mine or hers. I stagger to my feet and I go back for Sam as hes burning up and is barely conscious. I help him off the ground and put his arm over my shoulder and we slowly walk down the tunnel.
