"It doesn't look like she backing out of the competition to catch those foxes yet". he informs humorously. He plucks more feathers then looks at me suddenly. "So I saw you leave Leahs hut this morning, whats going on with you and her?" he teases curiously with a taunting smirk. "You got it wrong, were just friends and I passed out talking with her last night" I explain in my defense.. He shakes his head as if hes disappointed then stands up and has a serious look on his face before he puts a hand on my shoulder. "Sam, your 17 for god sake, live a little,  take chances, your only young once" He lectures. I smile and shake my head. he turns around and is about to continue plucking the birds. "Jackson, you never told me what happen with Ally, whats going on?" I worried he remains silent a moment then looks at me

 uneasy. " I will figure it out, just dont worrying, let me try to be the bigger man for once and let me handle this, I still love ya for caring" he says and then sits down and starts gutting the bird. 

I walk and go watch Danny. I hear Lilly playfully screaming in the background, then glance over a few feet away and See kira and Jake clinging to one another then the mood goes cold when Jake spots Lindsey watching them in the distance giving a cold look at him before she enters in her hut. Then Kira notices and storms off. Its nearly sun down I sit and watch Danny and Lilly play, when I see Leah walk my way suddenly. I stand and look at Her confused.

"Hey whats up?" I ask casually. Shes looking down uneasy then looks up at me with this look on her face give me a gut wrencging feeling that something is wrong. "Sam, I-I need to tell you something, dont say anything I have thought about this carefully and wasn't sure how to tell you, because there wasn't a good time, but then again there never will be so.... Im just going to say it out loud, I have feelings for you and you should know your not alone and that I love the time we spend together and for the first time in weeks I felt safe as we were laying down just talking last night, I felt like everything was going to be ok again, because you were by my side and I dont want that feeling to ever go away, I dont want you to go away" she confesses whole heartly looking slightly up at me almost right in front of me. My mouth slightly drops and my eyes widen slightly in shock. 

I'm silent for a moment gathering my thoughts. Crap I wasn't expecting that as I try to catch my breath and breathe.
