I wake up as the sun is just starting to rise. I open the flap to my hut and feel the warm breeze on my skin. Even at around 5 in the morning it's starting to get humid. Everyone is still sleeping as the only noises you can hear are the damn birds, some chirping, whistling, hooting and others make more loud shilling noises.
It's been a week now, going on the 7th day today since we been shipped wrecked. It's been quiet for 2 days since Jake was attacked. He's recovering as Lindsey makes sure he takes it easy. Lindsey and I have told everyone no one leaves camp to remian safe. All of a sudden I hear rustling in the bushes near by, I Rush out of the gates and check the edge of the woods with my knife ready and Lindsey looks up startled. I jump started then suddenly annoyed. I put my knife away. "What the hell are you doing outside of the wall!, I could of killed you?" I demand. "Im looking for berries and thinking what were going to do next, we need to take action for the other day, Im starting to get paronoid, we need to go meet with them". She says unsettled with a sudden realization look on her face.
I run my hand through my sweaty hair fusteratedly. "they just stabbed your brother, maybe it could be someone eles like Sam, Jackson or you they are not the kind to neogiate with" I state irritatley. "Well you got a better idea, I told everyone to stay in camp and have been checking in but how long will it last" she says aggravated rasing her voice
"First we go hunting, Then we wait untill sun down when they wont see us coming." I say and we start to go inside the wall. When we run into Jake and suddenly I feel annoyed as this won't go well. "Jake we need to talk" she says nervously dreading breaking it to him. Then Kira comes out of know where and grabs on to his arm. "Whats going on" she says posesesively. What the hell is this some damn soap opera I think peeved. " If you don't mind I need to talk to my brother" she says harshly. "So talk" Kira snaps insulted with a bitter look. Jake looks uneasy at Lindsey then nods for Kira to give them some space. He gives her a fast kiss before she leaves. "I'll see you later" he says in a slight whisper near her head but loud enough for us to hear. "Okay talk, what's going on?" He asks directly.
