When you run from things that terrify you one thing often remains true, you never look back. I always wanted to be like Jean but I was inadequate nor could I come close. Everything I did was frustrating which caused me to act out to think such a childish person made it this far. I never let it become a thought that my secrets would be brought to the light. But you can't outrun things at some point you will be forced to face them, let luckily I met so many wonderful people. I have learned a lot from them otherwise I might have run away again. Dan is taking this better than I thought but he's not the only one I will hit with these secrets, the others will know which is for the best. We had accomplished the reason for being here so we could go home to repair this fractured trust, but I had to see her before we left.

Dan often came along to ensure peace but it wasn't necessary since I deserve her wrath. But it wasn't her wrath at all just a sadness that has never had a way to be free. Then seeing me pretending to be the one she loves how horrible that must have been for her. I changed my hair back and slowly returned to the identity once abandoned it's not enough but it's a start.

Sometimes we have to face our pasta to discover who we are I guess. The identity that's nothing more than a blank slate yet still a piece of me needs a chance to live. I can't continue inside the shadows of my brother forever after all I just need Dan to understand. I hope he can accept this in the future or sometime soon because I don't think I can do this alone.
