"Listen you bitch I'm not going to ask again come with me right now willingly or I'll make you." He whispers in my ears as he slightly nibbles on it.
"No!" I yell back at him. He sneers his teeth and his nose flares up. At this point I am really scared. I close my eyes and hope for the worst. Suddenly, I lose the smell of beer breath and cheap cologne, where did he go. I turn my head and open my eyes to see the guy that was standing across the room at me. He has Will grabbed by the shirt.
"The lady said no now respect her wish." He tells the guy in a calming voice. I can hear the anger underneath his voice.
"Who the fuck do you think you are bro; you don't tell me what to do." Will says as he sizes up the mystery guy up.
The mystery guy steps forward and sizes Will up and says, "I'm somebody you don't want to fuck with...bro." He says in a harsh tone as he mocks the ways Will say bro. I don't know how Will could be so bold to this guy I'm getting shivers down my arm and he isn't even talking to me.
Will stands there for a few seconds and starts to back up when he sees how serious the mystery guy is and walks away not before saying, "Her ass wasn't worth it anyway."
What an asshole. I rest my hand on my chest in relief that nothing else happened. I push my black hair out of my eyes to thank the mystery guy for saving me, but to my dismay he is gone, as though he disappeared in thin air. I look around the room in angst to find my savior before he is gone again. After minutes of looking for this "mystery guy" I come to a conclusion that he is 100% gone.
I head to the door and go to my car. As I'm walking to my car, I hear someone tell me goodbye. Looking over I see that it's Khadijah. She's holding on to a beer and a big muscular guy, squinting my eyes closer to the guy I see that it's the mystery guy. Looks like he wants Khadijah and not me, I really thought he was looking at me guess I was wrong.
I open the door and just sit there in silence. My foreheads on my steering wheel and I start to take deep breaths. That situation could have gone in a whole different direction. I know the idea of that is so far-fetched, but hey you never know in this day of age. I just wish that I could have thanked him, you know.
A fist knocks on my car window, I jump in fear of it being Will. Looking towards the window I see that it's Myers. I roll down my window.
"Hey you weren't leaving me, were you? Still want to get those burgers?" He must have not seen the whole thing that happened in there.
"Yeah, sure meet you there in 10." He pats my car and heads on over to his to meet me at the diner.
Mystery guys P.O.V-
30 minutes before the party started...
"Sir, your father wants to see you in his office." One of the guards said while stopping me in the hall.
"Did he say why?" Whenever my father wants to see me in his office its either I did something wrong or someone else did something wrong. I really just wanted to go lay in my room and watch some T.V., I had a very long day today. From covering the boarders of the pack to training level 1's I'm wiped.
"No sir he did not." The guard says as he goes back to his post. I sigh in frustration and make my way to his office. Once I show up to his office I knock on his walnut doors.
"Enter!" His Alpha voice booms all around me. I obey his orders and enter into his office. My eyes land on him at his desk with papers surrounding him everywhere from the floor to his desk. He has one hand writing and the other holding his glass of sherry. It must be a stressful day for him also because he only drinks sherry when he is stressed.
"You called for me father." I wave my hands to let him know I am here. He extends his hands out to tell me to sit. I cross one leg over the other and lean back comfortably. He puts down his glass and takes his glasses off and looks me at me.
"One of the Level 1 wolfs, he says as he grabs a piece of paper, uhh Will Albright has snuck out of the house for the second time and I need you to go get him." Will Albright, he is one of the most difficult level 1's we have in the academy. We lay rules on them to teach discipline and responsibility, which obviously he doesn't respect. This isn't the first time someone has to go out and get him.
"Do you know his location?" I reach out to my father for Will's file so I can read it. I sit back down in the leather seats and lay my eyes on the file. He says that he was left in the woods from birth, 16 years of age and so much more.
"Yes, we do thanks to his roommate looking for where he may be. There was this poster under his bed." My father hands me the crumbled-up poster. It says, 'The Blondes Party; be there or be square,' in pink and black colors. It's hosted my two girls one named Tara Tang and the other one is Sara Wong. Party starts tonight at 7:00 on Georgia Lane.
"I need you to go get him right now and bring him straight to me." He gets up from his desk and put some files back in the filing cabinet.
"Yeah ok." I get up from the leather chair and heads towards the door, before I walk out the door my father tells me one last thing.
"Oh, and son if she is there do not talk to her OK it is not the right time." He tells me as I hear him shuffling papers behind me. I nod in response and head towards my car.
I head towards the front door to grab my keys and jacket and go to my car. Before I reach the car, I see my best friend Christian running towards me. His mid long black hair dances in the wind as sweat beats off his body. He stops in front of me with hands on his knees panting for air.
"Hey man where are you going isn't its past curfew?" He asks me as he wipes the sweat off his foreheads with his towel.
"I have to go get Will he snuck out to go to some human party." I tell him.
"Sounds like Will, you going to go see her?" He coos while he moves his eyebrows in a seductive way.
"I wish, but father said I can't it isn't time yet he says." I put up air quotes as I mock him.
"Oh, what does he know about young love he's practically a hundred." He tells me. I laugh at his comment and shake my head. That's my best friend what can I say.
"You got a point there; hey I'll see you later dude." He dabs me up and heads into the house, I get in my car and head down the road.
The first time I saw her was 3 months ago in the summer. When I graduated from the Academy Christian and I went to the beach to celebrate. Christian threw the football too far, thanks to his werewolf strength and I had to run and get it. I ran halfway across the beach and grabbed the ball. As I was reaching down for the ball, I smelled the most intoxicating smell ever. I looked up to see her. She was laughing with a red headed girl as they were burying each other in the sand. I was in a trance almost; I couldn't tear my eyes away from her. Teeth were as white as snow, eyes the color of chocolate and hair the color of night with bouncing curls.
From that moment on I knew she was the one for me. Immediately me and Christian left the beach and went back to the pack house. When I told my father, he was happy for me, but she was human and I a werewolf. Plus, she was 16, we can only be with someone who is an adult.
Before I knew it, I arrived at the house. I parked my car and started to walk towards the house. I opened the door to be received by loud music, smoke and really naked girls. We might be more superior to humans, but they sure know how to party. I walked around looking for Will, I was soon stopped by a black-haired girl.
"Hey cutie you looking for a good time?" The black-haired girl said to me as she slides her fingers down my chest. I take in her form. She had blonde hair, wearing a very short black dress and the smell of alcohol on her breaths is making me sick.
"Uh no I'm good but thanks for the offer." I tell her in the nicest way possible. I try to walk away but she pushes me up against the wall. Wow for a human she is strong. She stands on her tippy toes and starts to linger kisses on my neck. If it wasn't for her, I would have probably slept with this girl, but I want to be loyal, even if she doesn't know I exist. I take hold of the black-haired girls' arms and forcibly pull her away.
"Honey don't resist It." She tells me in a seductive tone. She slides down one of her dress straps to how off her soft tan shoulder. I look away from her.
"Look you are a very beautiful girl and any man in here would be lucky to have you, just not me OK." I tell her. I move her out the way and look around for Will again. She huffs and starts talking to another guy. I ignore the last five minutes and moved on.
I searched and searched until I found the kitchen, before I entered in, I smelled that beautiful, intoxicating allure. It was her, she's here. I look in the distance to see her leaning against the counter with a glass of water in her hand. She looked fantastic, she wore a butterfly dress and a white shear coat. Her hair, the color of night, is tied up with loose hairs hanging on the back of her neck, oh how I hoped I could reach out and gently rub my fingers down her soft skin.
Her feet planted in the ground, and her chest rises and falls in that order. All of a sudden, her head turn to me, hair brushing in the wind and skin pours with shine. My piercing eyes laced with her chocolate orbs, I feel like I know her without talking to her, touching her without hands. The feeling of euphoria that I've never felt before, she bears inside my soul.
I want to walk up to her and tell her my name, tell her my story let her know that I'll always be here and never leave. I began to step forward then I hear my father's words lingering in my mind, "don't talk to her". All of a sudden, a guy comes up and starts talking to her. She tucks one of her curly tendrils behind her ear and looks to him in a bashful way, no way she likes this dude.
I lean up against the wall so she won't see me gawking at her. I tune up my ears so I can listen to their conversation, perks of being a werewolf is that you have excellent hearing.
"Enjoying the party?" I hear her say to him nervously. I can tell she's nervous because her heart is beating out of her chest. He goes on to say, "Yeah, it's great now that your here." I roll my eyes at his response, what a typical line. With saying that he inches closer to her, he is so lucky I have self-control. She goes on to say, "Oh please there's plenty of pretty girls here." No there isn't she is the prettiest girl at this party, and I'm not just saying that because she's my mate I truly believe that. He responds back to her saying, "Not as pretty as you." Ugh this guy makes me sick.
I tear my eyes away and procced to the reason I came here, to find Will.
I head up the staircase to see if maybe he's in one of these rooms. As soon as I land on the second floor a strawberry haired girl walks up to me staring me straight in the eyes. Oh, not another girl throwing themselves at me.
"Hi." She said, stumbling around. She throws her beer on the carpet and holds on to the railing for support, whoever house this is I feel bad.
"Hey." I say politely responding back to her.
"You look awfully too old to be at a high school party." She takes one arm away from the railing and rests it on my face. Her soft hands glide down my stubble and to my neck. This is getting really weird.
"Yeah, that's because I'm 19." I say to her yelling over the music.
"Mhm an older man? Never been one to turn one of those down."
"Yeah, well then I'll be the first one to turn you down. Got to go bye." I gently grab onto her shoulders and sit her on the nearby bench. She lays down on the bench and instantly falls asleep, where are these kids' parents?
Well, he's not up here back down the staircase I go. As soon as I end up back on the first floor, I keep on looking around for him. Walking back into the kitchen area I set my eyes on a sight I never want to see again. She's on the dance floor slow dancing with the frog from the kitchen. I see his hands slowly slide down her body to her hips, then to top the cake he squeezes them.
My fist starts to ball up and my blood starts to boil. Who the hell does he think he is? To touch her in such a..a.. intimate way. Those should be my hands on her hips, my lips in the nape of her neck me and her heart existing in the same moment. They end up turning around and her eyes yet again connects with mine. Her eyes filled with shock and curiousness. I take a step towards her, but end up stopping in my tracks I don't want her to get to know me when I'm angry not a good impression, plus it isn't her fault she doesn't know of her and I.
I spent another 20 minutes looking for him, until I descend down the stairs and see Will trying to make out with a girl. I don't see who it was until I fully come down, it's her... My body heats up with anger, I see his hands on her hips, his breath trickling down her neck and his body pressed firmly against hers.
Before I know it, my hands are wrapped around his shirt.
"The lady said no now respect her wishes." I said as I try to contain my anger. He is so lucky that that this is a human party because he would be toast.
"Step back you aren't in charge yet." He says with confidence. Wow some balls huh he is so going to pay for it. He turns away from her and sizes me up, I really don't think he wants to fight the Alpha's son.
I stare at him with a determination in my eyes. I switch my eye color to my Alpha one's he sees how serious I am and backs off. I mind linked him to walk to my car as he was walking away, he says, "Her ass wasn't worth it anyway."
I roll my eyes at Will and turn towards her, she has her hair in front of her face as she rests her hand on her chest, trying to probably regain strength. I wanted to give her a hug, but I can't. I reluctantly back up and head towards my car where Will is.
As I'm walking out of the house the same girl from the living room, black haired girl, walks up to me and slings her arm over my shoulder. Can't I get a break?
"What do you want?" I asked her.
"Just wanted to see if you changed your mind." She responded back to me, her breath smelling of cheap beer.
"No, I haven't. Look let me sit you down you're not doing fine." I put my hands on her hips to try to sit her down, but she isn't complying.
"HEY BYE QUINNETH!" She screams to some random girl. I look up to see who the girl was it was her. Her name was Quinneth what a beautiful name for a beautiful girl. She looks to me then to the Black-haired girl, she must think I'm trying to get with her or something. Before I could try to make myself look innocent, she walks away to her car, dang it.
"Hey what do you know about that girl?" I asked her.
"Oh, Quinneth she's a goodie goodie, but a really good friend." She seems like a goodie goodie, but the good type.
"What else." I hold her up, so she doesn't tip over.
"Damn, umm she's smart and runs like a weirdo." Guess that's all I'm getting out of her, since her eyes are now becoming heavy.
"Well, I'm leaving take care of yourself." I leave her on the bench and walk with fire under my feet to my car. I pull Will by his shirt and pull him close to my face.
"Don't you ever sneak out the dorms again you got that, and don't you ever speak to her again." I tell him with anger. "Also, when you see her at school tomorrow you better apologize that's Alpha's orders."
"Fine fine whatever dude I just wanted to get out of there it's so boring, and she's just a girl it's not like she's your mate or anything." He says as he walks over to the passenger side of the car. I turn to him with guilt on my face, he figures it out. "Wait she is your mate If I knew that I would have nev-, he says as I cut him off.
"Yeah, yeah whatever jus... don't tell anyone you saw her especially my dad." He nods his head and gets in the car.
What.a.fucking.night.
