"There!" He pointed to a portal not too far from where we were; we looked at each other and nodded, hopping our way on the floating debris towards that portal. When we finally made it, we entered together.
--on the other side--
It was crazy, once that portal puked us out. My eyes took a few seconds to recognise the place; 'My old school..' a small smile was plastered on my face. Sam glanced over at me, "Claire? Do you know who's here?" He snapped me out of my blurr.
"I think its Pinia..?" He gagged, "Her?!?" I nodded and looked around for any signs of where she might be. "Ow! What the Hell?!" I turned around to find that something had hit Sam on the head; he looked around for what hit him, I spotted it first. 'A dodgeball?' I pondered, 'Oh yeah, Pinia loved playing dodgeball from what I remembered..' Me and Pinia were in the same school since year.2 so it wasnt really difficult to find out that it was her flinging those things around wildly.
"Pinia?" We called out, "Oh? Hi Claire!" I turned to see her behind us; juggling another dodgeball in her hand. "And..That person.." she spat and flung the nearly flaming dodgeball towards him but thankfully, she missed by an inch. "Dang..I missed." I looked over at Sam who picked up the same dodgeball, not caring about the heat or what-not; and threw it back to her.
"You're Stupid!" She cried and winced as the ball hit her in the stomach, "Im not stupid, Im human." He smirked and launched the second ball her way. Causing her breath to hitch and her to fall to the ground. "Dont kill her!" I came in between them before they mutilated each other. "Why?" They both asked in sync; glaring at each other from the corner of their eyes.
"Make up. Just do it." I ordered and watched as Sam got up and held out his hand to Pinia. "Truce?" "Truce." And he pulled her up and pushed her towards me. "Ew." He laughed and I turned my attention to the tall fuming girl next to me; she took a deep breath, let it out and spoke, "Listen. Im serious ok? Im sorry for this and all an-" "Blah! Blah! Blah!" Sam mocked and she just growled at him.
Then we all heard the swirling sound; another portal opened...
