It was night time wherever we were now.. I looked about, the streets were absolutely lovely! Cats everywhere, little kiddies dressed as ghosties and all sorts of monsters; it was a picture of the most perfect Halloween. "Cat!!!" That snapped me out of my state of awe and made me turn to look at Barry, who actually picked up a black cat with green eyes and was playing with it.
"Claire! See??? It looks like you!" He shrieked, dangling the cat infornt of me; I laughed, "And how does it look like me?" I teased, putting my hands on my hips, "Well...Its fat and has got small eyes!" He chuckled mischievously (Dont lie, I know you would actually do that) and I just pouted at him. "Uhh, Claire?" Con muttered, 'Yeah?' "Arent you supposed to be doing something..?" 'Oh yeahhhh, thanks Con.' "No probs" I looked at Barry, "Come on, lets go." I stated.
--5 minutes later--
"Hey, Claire?" Barry clung to my arm, moving his hands up and down for absolutely no reason, I looked over and he pointed to a girl who was just sitting by herself and not trick-or-treating.
"Oh, she must be our girl, lets go over and see who she is." I smiled and we walked over, as we got closer; we could see the little girl who was dressed like dead bride and was covered in blood. "Hi friend.." she looked at me when she noticed I was walking nearer to her, "Hi Sharon." I smiled and she looked at me, "Claire?" I nodded and ushered for Barry to walk over as well.
"Bar!!!" She yelled, hugging him tightly; he hugged her back. "Heh, hey Shar.." Bar greeted and pulled away from the hug, but Shar still stayed so close to him, it irritated me. "Hey Shar." I asked nonchantly, trying my best to hide my jealousy, "How come you're here all alone?" I questioned, all the others seemed to have been either without any humans or with something to entertain them at least; "Oh, Amanda and I were supposed to go but she said she was busy so.."
I made an: 'oooh' sound and invited her to walk around with us; to which she agreed. After a short while we stumbled upon a small carnival, "Can we at least have some fun here?" Barry queried and I laughed a bit and agreed. Sharon jumped for joy and hugged Barry, "thanking" him for letting us play.
We ventured forth into a haunted house minigame; our aim was to collect as many glowsticks as we can and escape. We were lucky enough that all three of us could go in together. "Last game! Enjoy yourselves kids." The conducter encouraged and we were in.
--10 minutes later--
As we were walking around we realised that we had actually lost Barry. Before I told her I might as well use this as a chance.
"Hey, Shar?" She looked at me, "Do you like Barry?" I swear I saw her cheeks turn pink, "Who told you?" She hissed, "No one!" I put my hands up in defense and she nodded and just walked in front of me. "Feisty much?" I joked and ran after her to look for Barry.
We ran and ran and eventually we found him; stuck in a box. (Im sorry XD) "Seriously?" Sharon and I laughed, a bit too hard, "Shut up!!!" He yelled back, rocking himself back and forth to try and get out of the box. The only accomplishment he made was that he tipped the whole box upside down and he was still stuck inside.
"Oh-oh my Gosh!!!" I hugged my stomach from laughing so hard and helped me out of the box, "How'd you even get stuck in that?" Sharon asked in her fit of giggles.
He rubbed the back of his neck; "I saw some Shingeki No Kyojin badges and..you know the rest." He admitted and I looked over to Shar, "Dont you have something to admit too?" I smirked at her and she hit my arm, "NO!" "What is it?" Barry cut in, "Nothing." "Tell meeeeeeeeeeeeee!" He insisted, "Fine! ILIKEYOUOKAY???" She said it so quickly even I had trouble breaking the sentence.
Luckily, she didnt have to repeat it; "I like you too, but just a bit." I smiled a bit and walked towards him. "As a crush?" I whispered in his ear, "Nononono." He whispered back and Shar looked at us, "It's okay, Im happy for you guys.." she smiled softly and we heard the whirl sound.
