Xoa felt trapped in a repetitive loop. No matter how often she talked to Niko or what questions she asked, no progress was made. Every single day for the next four weeks, Xoa texted Niko asking how she was, accompanied with some questions. Xoa would often ask Niko why she was shutting Xoa out and if she still loved her. However, Niko never gave a direct answer.
Eachtime they texted eachother, Xoa felt herself slowly slipping further away from her friend. She felt as if a wall was growing between them, separating her and Niko completely. The distance she created between them became wider every time they talked.
Months had slipped past since the date Niko began to distance herself from Xoa, Drey and Sage. Xoa was struggling with heartbreak, and had nobody to tell her feelings to.
It was then that Xoa made a big decision. She was going to tell Sage about the relationship she had had with Niko.
She was going to tell Sage everything. About everything. Even the bad things. She needed to get rid of any fear that might come to haunt her and take away the weight on her shoulder. So that’s exactly what Xoa did.
