Ayla became even more worried when Xoa typed her reply. "Ayla...im fine..its just alcohol..." Xoa replied, ignoring Aylas last question.240Please respect copyright.PENANAlXgF3cpvAb
But Ayla persisted, "How long has it been since your last meal?"
Xoa thought for a second begore honestly replying, "I ate last night....but didn't keep it down"
Ayla knew Xoa had trouble with her eating disorder before, but she had always believed Xoa when she claimed it wasnt happening anymore. Now she knew that Xoa had been lying all along. Ayla felt terrible, she wanted nothing more than to wrap Xoa in her arms and comfort her.
Just as she was about to reply, Ayla got another message from Xoa saying she had to go. Ayla let her go, knowing that they would talk later.
Xoa left the bathroom, going back to the dining table and began talking to some younger kids to avoid eating the meal.
When Xoa arrived home with her family that night after having strategically doged eating anything at all throughout the whole event, she picked up her phone, knowing Ayla wanted to talk.
