重點是：說好要幫我在Amazon出版但沒成功，我退讓一步說，那讓我的作品被看見就好，他說刊在他的公司網站，但是，我說給我連結，最後那幾則，他整整已讀不回，直到昨天，知道我去告他，就給我一個新年快樂，表示沒有不理我，但是，我的作品在哪裏？？我刷卡了啊！作品呢？他的態度這樣，我不是被詐騙那是什麼？事實上，我沒收到我的作品出版證明啊！Amazon註冊也失敗，那他連結也沒給我，重點是，針對連結這一點，他從沒正面回應我啊！我沒有，收到，我應該要得到的，商品！他這種態度，我覺得被詐騙了！！請求爭議退款！我沒收到商品，對方沒有回應！！

我寫信向跨國他隸屬的官網投訴，對方也表示遺憾，就是我不僅Amazon 沒註冊成功，連結也沒拿到，表示我是真的付款了卻沒收到商品！對方說有幫我上網並截圖，事實上，那根本就是我原本的小說首頁只是跨國翻議版本，那根本就不是什麼出版連結！如果是，為什麼他不直接回應我？已讀不回幾天後，給我一個新年快樂逃避以為這樣就沒有不理我，那我的作品連結呢？他為什麼不敢直接回應我？那根本不是啊！說好的出版作品呢？我什麼也沒收到啊！對方這種態度，不是詐騙是什麼？？

對方說（他跟調解團隊說）有幫我刊，那是我本來的作品首頁，只是是跨國翻譯版本的頁面！！我也可以證明那根本就不是什麼出版頁！我自己的首頁就長這樣啊！如果真的有幫我推廣，那為什麼不直接正面回應我直接給我連結就好了啊！！他已讀不回之後我告他才說新年快樂！快樂個鬼啦！我的作品在哪？他憑什麼可以不回應？？我無法接受這種態度，我去我作品官網告發他，penana官網也表示，把他封鎖了啊！表示他有問題啊！！我的照片證明，他那個根本就是我本來作品的首頁翻議版而已！我自己就有！！重點是， Amazon 沒有成功啊！他要退款給我！！當初是說好，在Amazon 幫我出版的！那我退讓說幫我推廣也可以，那連結呢？他已讀不回！到現在，只有新年快樂也沒看到作品連結！這種態度我不接受！！

我報警了，連員警都說是詐騙，因為不只有我，他們上週也才受理一件，跨海刷卡詐騙，就是假投資，真詐騙的案例，我已提告詐欺與民事求償（至少要還我這8021元！），也會要求該官方網站將他停權！重點是，到現在，我沒有收到我的作品，然後，對方沒有針對這一點，正面回應我！警察說，他就是本來就要騙我，所以無法回應我！警察一開始就說，這明顯就是詐騙，馬上幫我受理了。

無論他有無幫我出版，商品只是把我的連結再貼一貼的話，那跟當初講的在Amazon 上架的商品內容是完全不一樣的！！他為什麼不敢直接給我連結？整個事件，就是有詐騙嫌疑啦！！我無法接受！我原有14天猶豫期，他利用我無法收驗證碼所以委託他登入我信箱的機會，擅自幫我點授權撥款連結，說我都不要回覆任何的郵件，欺負我這個外國人什麼都不懂！！總之！他如果只是把我的連結再貼一貼，這樣也算出版的話，那要費257美金我覺得差太多！商品內容不一致！！有爭議！商品內容跟他當初講的上架Amazon 不一樣！我對他提供的服務內容有意見，我總有申訴的權益與機會吧！
