其實雞肉很滑,只是不太入味,而且雞皮那層脂肪目測也很厚,腸胃欠佳的我只能果斷捨棄🥺倒是那個千層焗薯非常可口,可惜調味出手太重,略鹹。

這客 BRILLAT-SAVARIN CHEESECAKE 的甜度剛好,櫻桃味雪葩甜甜酸酸的頗清新,餅底加上開心果仁碎酥脆可口(大概下了大量牛油),再加上賣相十分打卡-able,成功加分👍🏻
