SPIGA 位置便利,奇怪現在才首次有 vendor 選擇在此辦商務午餐。餐廳環境不錯,不過廂房放兩張長枱空間略嫌不足,不巧貓坐在通道旁,結果不時要移動椅子讓講者或侍應生通過,非常不便。

Burrata 好香濃,不過見 menu 上還有 middle course 而且是 risotto,就不敢把整顆芝士吃完(照片也許看不出來,芝士的實際尺寸比最大型的雞蛋還要大)😅

Menu 上寫的是比目魚,但因為前一天公關問要吃魚還是雞,想想碰巧前兩次都吃 halibut,這次還是試試點烤雞吧。

雖然這客烤去骨雞腿伴糖醋洋蔥醬賣相不怎麼樣(坦白講,單計賣相擺盤,在這個地段這級數的餐廳而言要扣分),不過味味倒還不錯:糖醋洋蔥醬味道有點像聖誕火雞的 raspberry sauce,酸酸甜甜十分醒胃;雞肉十分嫩滑而且一點也不肥膩。

平常去高級餐廳或五星級酒店午膳,即使註明是慢煮雞,結果還是常常遇到乾巴巴或無味的雞肉,這次算相當驚喜。
