點心不錯,但沒有驚喜;烤蜜汁鱈魚做得極好,有點像上海熏魚但肉質嫩滑、外皮香脆入味;反而凡中菜廳必試的叉燒令我頗為失望。釀鲜蟹蓋蟹蟹肉絲超多,可惜蟹味被醬汁完全掩蓋,有點浪費。至於炒飯最能體現廚師的功架,這一道菜沒叫人失望,炒飯粒粒分明,加上炒香的松子碎十分可口,絕對 encore-able。
