吃中菜,頭盤和結尾的炒飯最平凡不起眼,卻也最見功架。叉燒是不少米芝蓮食府的招牌菜,都爹利會館的蜜餞黑豚肉叉燒很入味,肉質夠腍且有黑豚肉半肥瘦的特質,可惜有筋,對比最近吃過的明閣有點失色。(是我太嘴刁了?)
