She was giggling so loudly as she was rocking the swings back and forth, then jumping down onto the sand. The class was about to begin and everyone was scurrying over to take their usual seats. The teacher walked strictly into the front desk as soon as their voices began to die down and faced him.
"Good afternoon, class. My name is Mr. Chulkyong and I will be teaching you guys Korean poetry, but first I would like to welcome you our new student," he said, smiling warmly at the girl who stood up in the middle of the room and bowed down with a greeting.
"Hello..." she said softly.
The others whispered to each other, whereas the two guys were peculiar at how cute and shy she was.
"Her hair is so thick and silky," the pony-tailed girl commented impressively.
"She doesn't even have split ends," the girl with the black bangs pointed out.
"Maybe not. She's not one of us, though. I'm surprised that she's able to transfer here in this school," the sandy blonde-haired girl remarked nastily.
The girl sat back and lowered her head shyly after hearing them talk about her while Mr. Chulkyong was writing on the chalkboard and lecturing.
Then, she dropped her pencil on the floor until a hand quickly picked it and slowly handed it over to her. She thanked him softly in which he smiled back at her.
After the class was over, the girl was carrying her books and opened her locker. She put them inside as soon as she heard a voice calling out.
"Hey! Do you want to hang out?" He asked eagerly.
"Umm..." she was puzzled for a moment.
"Oh, that's right. I didn't properly introduce myself to you. I'm Kim Taehyung," he said, grinning widely with his hand gesturing towards her.
She shook his hand with hers and she agreed to go with him. Then, Taehyung brought his friend over to introduce himself to her.
"Park Jimin. Nice to meet you," he smirked coolly.
They would sometimes tease and joke with each other about things. They would hang out every after school where they were flying the kites up in the air near the lake during the crispy sunset, along with the pinkish and orange clouds drifting away steadily.
One day, Jimin's eyes were hovered towards the pretty blonde girl in the popular group, and started dating her. He invited Taehyung over to the group as the two of them spent their time having lunch together. However, he noticed that the girl was alone by herself and ate her meal quietly without even bothering to look at them. He exchanged fists bumps with the other guys and would prank other students that they find.
Two weeks later, Jimin closed his locker and was heading outside the school building after he waved goodbye to his friends and kissed his girlfriend on the cheek. As he parted his ways from them, he heard a shuffling movement from the grass and saw the girl standing near him.
"Hi..." she murmured shyly.
"Umm, hey...?" Jimin raised his eyebrows weirdly at her in puzzlement.
"I just want to give you this," she said, mustering up all the courage she got and held the present towards him while she was bowing her head down. "It's your birthday..."
Jimin stared at her dully in a few seconds and plastered a smirk quickly on his face. "Thank you so much."
The girl looked up at him contentedly as she watched him take it gently from her hand and walked away, only to find the garbage can and tossed it over harshly.
He glanced at her expression and chuckled sarcastically. "Sorry, I don't accept any gifts from an uncommon foreigner."
He then shoved his hands on the pockets of his baseball coat jacket, leaving her frozen on the spot.
The following days had the rumors circulate around her saying that she hooked up with Taehyung in the beach house. The whispers, giggles, and laughter was ringing through the hallway as they were taking pictures and videos of the girl passing by them. She held the books tightly to herself, avoiding eye contact, including Taehyung.
"Looks like missy over here ain't a virgin no more," one of the dudes from the sport's group catcalled out, making the others snort and cackle out hysterically.
Jimin's girlfriend was satisfied at how fast the news was trending and she definitely enjoyed seeing the girl suffer more.
"She deserves that. This has gotten more interesting," she squealed in delight.
"After this, you will stop, right?" Jimin asked for reassurance.
"Why would I? Don't tell me you're starting to pity her," she guessed and rolled her eyes huffily.
"No, baby. It's not that. It's just it will only make her famous. I want you to be more recognized by everyone," Jimin said, chuckling.
"Of course, boo. I just want to have a little fun with her. She was obviously trying to flirt with you. I don't want to see any filthy outsiders like her being with you, except me," she stated simply.
Jimin smirked at her proudly but was having second thoughts when his eyes narrowed heatedly at his best friend, who was running after the girl.
During the prom night, he was dancing with his girlfriend and his attention landed on the girl leaving the floor, excusing herself out to the exit.
He couldn't see her face due to the sun that was shining brightly. His forehead was forming sweats on the sides as he saw tears glistening in her eyes and her lips moving slowly.
Abruptly, he woke up from the dream of his memory and was frantically breathing heavily. He brushed his hair locks away and shook his head carefully. He glanced down at his girlfriend that was sleeping naked beside him. He sighed to himself and grabbed his shirt to pull over his head, where his phone began to ring on the drawer.
He took it and answered the unknown number monotonously. "Hello? Who's this?"
"Jimin. It's me, Yoongi. We need to meet up," he said sternly.
"When? I have a meeting today," he recalled and glared in annoyance.
"Lunch break. This is important," Yoongi pointed out.
"Fine, fine. I'll meet you, then," Jimin agreed, scratching his shoulder groggily and got up from his bed to put his pants on.
What could possibly be so urgent? This is what he is about to see for himself.362Please respect copyright.PENANAoYLdyo6aHa
