Hey all, I'm hoping you are all doing well! I'm not sure about everyone else, but my 2019 has been hella hectic. There were a whole lot of downs, and some ups in between here and there, but overall an extremely stressful year. I'm so glad it is almost over.742Please respect copyright.PENANAooll0Jieh6
I've never really been one for New Year's Resolutions, and this post is about a month too early for that anyway, but I just wanted to take a second to talk about my 2019.
I'd say, so far in my life, this has been the one of the worst years of my life. Living from paycheck to paycheck, which until this year I'd never had to do before, has been an absolute nightmare to have to deal with. Through a juggling of payday loans and even going so far as to ask for help on the internet, I've been flat out broke for far longer than I'd ever thought I'd be. The constant stress of not being able to pay my bills on time or having utilities shut off has seriously spiked my chances for a heart attack.
But I'm ok. Despite it all, I'm still here, and there's even a light at the end of the tunnel. I may be working two jobs now, but at least I've got enough to pay for my food and to keep my cats alive. I have enough to not get evicted and to put gas in my car to get to work. For awhile I really thought that this would go on forever, but there's been a break in the stress-filled circus that is my life.
What's more, I've not hit a rut in my story writing. I'm full of ideas and motivation to continue the stories I already have going, and I think it's going well. For once, things are looking up. My cats are happy and healthy. My relationship with my boyfriend is strong. My family is stable and close by, and I talk to them regularly. Things are surprisingly good for the shit I've had to put up with this entire year, basically.
I've always been a cynic. I'm not an overly optimistic person. But I'm just here to tell you that rainy days don't last forever, that you'll get a break in the clouds, and I suggest you use the opportunity to the fullest extent that you can to soak up the sunshine.
To sum it all up, I hope everyone will have a much better year in 2020 than the 2019 they may have experienced. And if your 2019 was great, then I wish you a great 2020 anyway. May your good luck and happiness continue.742Please respect copyright.PENANAgq2Sp7qmMw
