“Good morning little bee!” My mum walks into my bedroom and walks towards the window opening my curtains letting the bright Hollywood sunshine in. I shake my head pulling my covers over my head "five more minutes!” My mum walks towards me and sits on the side of the bed looking towards my half empty suitcase "come on Misty you need to finish packing before your driver gets here.” I take a deep breath and pull the covers away from my face and sit up "come on and I will help you pack while you get ready.” She looks down and take a deep breath "there's been a change of plan.” She looks at me with her sorry smile before looking back towards my suitcase. "I got too leave in an hour so I thought it would be nice to spend the rest of the morning I have with you?” I smile softly and nod my head slowly “I thought you wasn't leaving until tomorrow?” She walks over too my drawers and flings me a dress “me too but there's been a last-minute change.” She walks over towards me and sits next to me smiling "so I leave in an hour but I have already organised a driver too take you to the airport.” I fling the covers of me and get up while my mum makes my bed nicely placing all my 6 pillows on my bed as I get dressed "ok. I take a deep breath and look around my room one more time and smile “let's get this over with.” I grab a pair of shoes from my large walk in closet and walk towards the window. I sit on the window chair and look out to the amazing view of the beach “what am I getting myself into? Goodbye Hollywood sunshine.” I grab my phone from my bedside drawers and look at the weather app and shake my head as I see rain for the next week in Harper Ferry “and hello rain!” I stand up and take a deep breath before heading towards my bedroom door and towards the stairs. I get to the top of the stairs and shake my head as I smell burning "are you burning the food already mom?” I laugh sarcastically and walk downstairs to see my mum looking through my suitcase “what are you doing?” I walk over towards her and see her folding my clothes and placing them nicely in my case "fixing your case?” She holds up my school football jersey and smirks “really?” I roll my eye and smile "what? Joe gave me it.” I take it of her and stick it back in my case and close it "I will just unpack the case when I get to dads so don’t worry about folding stuff.” She nods and smiles "fine.” She holds a bag up and opens it "why are you not taking the new clothes I got you?” I look towards the dress's she holds up and shake my head "Harper Ferry is cold and you got me summer clothes?” She hands me a gift bag and smiles “well at least take this?” I open it and see a black jewelry box with a charm bracelet inside it with a letter M charm and a little bee charm on it already “since you lost your last one.” I hug her and smile "thank you!” She nods and smiles "may I?” I smile and hand her it and she clip’s it around my wrist "I will get you a few charms while I am in Europe ok?” I smile and nod "thanks mom. I love it!” She take a deep breath and smiles “god I am going to miss you so much!” I laugh nervously “I'm going to miss you loads too."
I look into the kitchen and smile "that smells so bad!” She rolls her eyes and walks towards the cooker "yeah I know! Cooking wasn’t my strong point.” She grabs a breakfast menu from the drawer and smiles "will I just order us something in?” I nod and smile "good idea.” She grabs her phone from her handbag and take a deep breath "3 missed called calls from Julie.” She hands me the menu and smiles “sorry bumble bee I got too call her back but you see what you want and I will order it when I get off the phone ok?” I nod and take the menu and she walk outside the back garden. I look at the clock and realise it was already 10AM “hot chocolate time.” I stick the menu down and grab a cup from the cupboard and make a cup of hot chocolate while I wait for my mum too come back in. I hear the back door open “everything ok?” I turn around and she walks over smiling at me. The same smile she gives me when she usually has too leave for work. I take a deep breath and nod slowly “your leaving now aren’t you?” She smiles and nods “yeah. I got to go now and sort out a few things.” I nod slowly and smile "ok!” She walks over too my and kisses my forehead "I am sorry bumble bee! I knew you was looking forward for us having breakfast.” I sip my hot chocolate and smile "It's fine. I understand.” She smiles and grabs her handbag "I got to go.” She nods towards the TV behind me and I see a car outside on the CCTV "Julie is here.” I nod and smile "safe flight.” I stick my cup down and hug her tight "have fun and remember send me loads of pictures ok?” She hugs me and kisses my head "I will.” She wipes away her tears and laugh softly "you can come out and visit me too ok? I will let you know what date I am going to Paris and you can fly out?” I smile and nod "that sounds perfect. I can’t wait!” She bends down and grabs a handbag from the cupboard and smiles "here.” She hands me it and smiles “what's this?” I look inside and see a matching purse and a spray “just a little something.” She grabs the purse and opens it "It's full of money and has an emergency credit card just in case.” She laughs and sticks it back "I know how your dad can be like sometimes when it comes too money.” I pick up the spray and laugh “that’s just in case you see any.” She smiles sarcastically “wild animals.” I roll my eyes and smirk "I doubt I will see any.” She grabs her keys and bag and heads towards the door "I got to go but remember have fun and be safe.” She looks back and take a deep breath "I love you.” I wave and smile as she gets too the front door "I love you too.” She opens the door and smirks “I love you most.” She blows me kisses “bye bumble bee.” She leaves closing the door behind her.
I look around the kitchen and stick the breakfast menu back in the drawer and walk towards the fridge and grab a fruit bag. I open the fruit bag and walk towards my suitcase and open it and stick the fruit bag down "what has she stuck in my suitcase now.” I grab a white plastic bag and open it and see an old looking book with a picture of a red half-moon and a black wolf howling at it “The Howls of Harper Ferry.” I shake my head and stick the book in my handbag “I guess I need something to read on the plane other than magazines.” I walk over to the bin and open it and realise it was full "mum!” I roll my eyes and lift out the bin bag and tie it and walk towards the front door. I open the door and jump in fright when I see my boyfriend Joe standing at the door “Jesus Joe you scared me!” I shake my head and take a deep breath “what are you doing here?” He smirks and kisses me and holds up a bunch of red roses smiling “can’t let my own girlfriend leave without me at least saying goodbye right?” I roll my eyes and smile "right.” He looks at the bin in my hand raises his eyebrows “what you are doing?” I look down at the bin and shake my head “Martha is only coming by too dust the place so I am guessing she won’t look in the bins and I don’t want the bin sitting there for the next few months.” I walks towards the bin at the gate and stick the bin bag in before walking back towards Joe. "So?” He smiles at me and nods "you all packed for.” He laughs nervously "where are you going again?” I roll my eyes and walk inside “Harper Ferry and yes I am finally all packed and ready to go.”
He walks in behind me and closes the door behind him "give me a vase for these baby.” I look around the kitchen and shrug "I don't know where my mum keeps them.” She smirks and walks towards the sink and opens the cupboard and grabs a vase out from it "how did you know they were there?” He sticks water in the vase and turns around and smiles "your mum told me when I used too always bring flowers around.” I nod slowly and take a deep breath "alright.” I shake my head and grab my new handbag and look inside it "purse. I can just take you.” I raise my eyebrows and scoff “I thought you crashed your car?” He rolls his eyes “I didn’t crash it.” He runs his hand through his hair and smirks “someone drove into it.” He holds up a pair of car keys and smiles "my dad gave me his car too use until I get my report card from school.” He kisses me and smiles “and thanks too you It will all be good things written on it so I will get a new car and I can drive down and visit you in a few weeks once you are settled and football season finishes.” I smile softly and nod “I would love that.” I hug him and he kisses my forehead. I walk wards the door and smile "are you sure about taking me though before I go tell him that there has been a change of plans?” Joe looks at the CCTV and nods at it “yes I am sure.” She smiles and shrugs his shoulders "I aren’t letting him take you to the airport anyway.” I look at the CCTV and see a beautiful young man in a suit walking towards the door “jealousy is cute on you.” He looks at me and rolls his eyes “anything is cute on me now go get rid of him.” I laugh softly and walk towards the door and open it “Sorry for the trouble of you coming out here but my boyfriend is going to drop me of instead.” I grab my purse and give him $100 “here this is for wasting your time and you driving all the way out here.” The driver smiles and shakes his head “no that's ok I don't mind? Just means I get the afternoon of and the company pay for me it.” I nod and smile "well thank you and again I am sorry for wasting your time.” He looks at Joe and smirks “that's ok.” He looks at me and nods "have a safe flight.” I smile and close the door. I turn around and see Joe lifting my case of the table “is this all your taking with you?” I nod slowly and smile “yeah I wanted to pack light and I am sure there will be a mall there.” Joe smiles and grabs my suitcase and walks towards me "ready?” I nod and smile "more than ever.” I look around one more time and smile "let me just lock up.” He nods and walks towards the car park and I set the alarm and look around one more time and smile “goodbye house see you in a year.” I close and lock the door and stick the keys in my bag before walking towards Joe's ready?” He sticks my suitcase in the back of the car and smiles.
