The Electro agent shot a few times at the dark-haired man, tactically taking some steps back as he did. Rohan dodged the bullet while also closing the distance between himself and his opponent.
He threw a quick left punch but Electro 28 took a step back just in time to narrowly dodge the attack. He fired some more shots to distract the dark-haired man before tossing the cylindrical object he was holding at his face.
Joe used the gun he had out and shoot the object, causing it to explode and release a blue smoke that clouded the dark-haired man's sight. The electro agent slipped his gun back into its holster. He used the opportunity to strap a bracelet around Rohan's wrist before stabbing a dagger into his abdomen.
As the smoke cleared, the dark-haired man grabbed the bracelet and pulled it until it shattered into pieces.
"Shit," Electro 28 hissed and pulled out another of the cylindrical device while tactically walking in circles around the dark-haired man. He threw it, once again clouding Rohan's sight with a blue smoke.
The dark-haired man knew what was to come next so he jumped back to avoid the electro agent. He continued until his senses returned before charging forward again.
Electro 28 tossed another of the devices and shot it in the air, raining the smoke down on both of them. He charged forward and began throwing a series of attacks at the wanted agent, each meeting without hindrance.
The dark-haired man thought he had become resistant to the Neutralizer but it seemed he was wrong. The blue smoke Electro 28 used got him every time he used it, but that was the mistake the active agent made: using it constantly.
Another of the cylindrical devices exploded in Rohan's face, giving Electro 28 the chance to launch his attack. But as the active Department H agent got closer to his opponent, the latter grabbed his hand and sent him down with a tremendous punch.
The Electro agent gasped in pain and his eyes widened in shock. Rohan held on to his hand as he pulled him back up and then sent him back down with another electrifying punch.
Electro 28 was only seconds away from losing consciousness when the dark-haired man picked him up and smashed him through the glass window of one of the many space cars around.
Rohan punched his way through the side of the car and also approached the Electro agent who crawled backwards while coughing out blood. "How?…"
"Oh… didn't Havishma tell you?" The dark-haired man started while approaching him with his clenched fist. "My body gets accustomed to things when they are used on me a few couple times."
Electro 28 groaned as he dragged himself up. "Just stay down, my fight is not with you... Do not give up your life for Miss Havishma, she probably doesn't even care about what you are doing now."
Electro 28 took some steps backward while keeping his hands on the wall of the space car. He continued that way and finally stopped as he got to the end of the car.
The Electro agent picked up a device that looked like an hourglass from the car's control area. "You are not immortal, you will die." The electro-agent pushed both ends of the device until it contrasted.
The dark-haired man was shocked as he didn't expect such action from the agent. He did the only thing he had time for, engulfed himself with his electricity, and let the explosion hit him.

Sox inserted a key card into a door control panel and slowly stepped into the room as it slid open. The room was so bright and white that she had to squint and cover her eyes for a moment before she got used to the light. She exclaimed in awe, taking in her surroundings.
The room was extremely large in height and was very wide. There were containers arranged precisely on the wall, covering every space and corner of the wall. Inside the said containers, a figure resides and she can see its chest dancing continuously. In the middle of the room were three large fridge-like devices that sent wires connected to every container on the wall. Encircling the fridge-like device are table where agents sat and constantly typed rapidly into the computer on the table.
Inside the roof above were fans that continued spinning and making loud sounds that screened Sox's movement as she walked further into the room.
She clenched her fist furiously, watching as the agents endlessly continued working, moving from their computers to the fridge-like device and then back to the computer.
After fully taking everything in, she took out a device that was in her chest rig beneath the lab coat she had on and placed it on each corner of the room before making her way toward the exit.
Just as she was seconds away from using the card to open the door, the security light turned green and the door slowly began to slide open. She quickly moved back into the room and joined the other agents working.
Miss Havishma and three other men dressed in a white outfit that completely covered their entire bodies including their faces entered the place. The men were holding a container in their hands.
"Take two copies to the lower segment, I'll be coming in a few hours to check your progress… use the sample and the layout I already wrote down to get it working before I return," she ordered.
"Understood," the men replied before marching further into the room while Miss Havishma walked back the way she came.
Sox watched as the men took out two of the beings from the compartment on the wall and into the container they came with before rushing out of the place. The door shut close and the men inside continued working.
The deep blue-haired girl took off the lab coat she was wearing before pulling out a small gun from its holster. She aimed at one of the many computers in the room and began shooting until it shattered into pieces. The men in the room stopped what they were doing and turned their attention to the furious lady holding a gun.
"I'm only saying this once, so pay attention: I have planted explosive in this room that'll go off once I click this button." She raised her hand to show the device she was holding. "Leave now, if you value your life."
The moment she ended her words, the agents in the room dropped what they were doing and rushed out, not even sparing a glance at the work they had dedicated their lives for.
Once they were all out, Sox locked the door with the key card and blasted a hole in the controller, rendering it useless before racing away. She made a few corners in time to catch sight of the pale-skinned lady leaving her pad.
"HAVISHMA!" Sox shouted.
Miss Havishma veered around to meet the deep blue-haired girl with her brows furrowed. "Sox? What are you doing?"
The deep blue-haired lady clenched her fist and took a few steps toward Miss Havishma. "I know what Project C-50 is," she started.
"What?"
"How could you do this? He is a person just like you and I… how could you turn him into… a lab rat?"
"Sox? Did you go through my system?"
Sox bit the inner part of her lips and exhaled before raising her clenched fist which had the remote control of the bomb she had planted earlier. "Do you know what this is?" She asked.
"Do not do it, Sox," Miss Havishma said, immediately getting an idea of what her daughter was holding. "Do not ruin everything I have worked for…"
Without hesitation, the deep blue-haired Weir clicked the button. It took a few seconds before a loud explosion rocked the entire ship, setting off the ship's alarm.
Miss Havishma's eyes widened in shock as she watched Sox throw the remote to the ground. "I can't believe I started to see 'right' in what you were doing."
The Chief of Department H inhaled and exhaled deeply. "Do you have any idea what you've just done?" She asked calmly.
A squad of Electro agents rushed to stand by Miss Havishma's side. "Ma'am, there's an attack…" she raised her hand to stop them before they finished.
"I was on the verge of greatness and you've ruined it all. Why don't you people see what I see? I want nothing but what's right for Winter Weir and this Galaxy as a whole, why can't you people see it?"
"No," Sox chipped. "You are a murderer, a plague, and I hate myself for being blinded from seeing that."
Miss Havishma turned her heels and started in the opposite direction. "Take her away. Lock her in her pad and keep every device away from her," she ordered.
The pale-skinned woman quickly strode to the area where the explosion occurred. She slipped her hands into the pocket of her oversuit as she watched the white agents struggle to put out the fire.
An Electro agent walked up to Miss Havishma. He hesitated before speaking, even while stuttering. "Our… our squad was annihilated by… Storm 01. He got away…"
Havishma shut her eyes and inhaled, recalling back to all the moment Sox's shady activities were reported to her, the most recent one being the deep blue-haired Weir getting caught on camera helping Storm 01 by giving him a master key she took from the Red Squad's captain. She opened her eyes and cleared get throat.
"There was a spark from one of our machines, and it led to a massive fire outbreak in one of our resource rooms."
"What?"
"That is what happened here," she added before walking away.
