"The tragic event in London left a deep scar on our collective consciousness. It brought immense devastation, with the loss of homes, lives, and the irreplaceable presence of loved ones. Its impact will forever be etched in the hearts and souls of humanity."
As the leader of Earth addressed the audience, a somber silence hung in the air. After a reflective pause, the leader solemnly declared, "In the wake of this horrible event, we shall rally together and raise funds to support those who have suffered immense losses. Renovations and rebuilding efforts will commence without delay, UNEAD shall offer hope and assistance to those affected."
He stood on a raised platform, overlooking the grim aftermath of the battle, as he addressed the press. One of the pressmen raised his hand and the H.O.E. stopped. "Can you please share your voice on the talks that have been circulating that the Weir who visited our planet played a big role in this traumatic event?"
Marcus opened his mouth to speak but couldn't spew out any words. He then scoffed and turned to Yvonne who was standing behind him. She quickly turned her head away, avoiding the H.O.E's eyes.
Marcus turned back to the crowd and drawled. "Where did you get that information from?"
"From a very reliable source, sir."
Marcus' jaw tightened as he rapidly tapped his middle finger on the podium in front of him as he spoke. "The Weir that reside on this planet have nothing to do with it. They are merely guests, guests whom we honor..."
"What of the sudden attacks on Megabron and the Gen-Matrix in the Republic of Nigeria?"
"Let's not forget the hijacking of transport ships that has been going on recently," another press man said.
Marcus stomps his fist on the podium. "Those are just the acts of pathetic thieves, it has nothing to do with what happened here. So if you don't have any valid questions, we'll call it a day now," he completed before walking down the platform he was standing on.
He stepped into a car with Yvonne following behind him. "Those people are unbelievable. We risk our lives trying to keep them safe and all they do is ask fucked up questions." He pinched the bridge of his nose and exhaled deeply.
"They have the right to ask the question they did," Yvonne stated, causing the head of Earth to turn his head to her. "They do pay their security taxes for us to keep them safe, and a park that can occupy more than a thousand people was reduced to rubbles."
"And it's all thanks to that Weir guy. Why was he even on the battlefield? Who authorized that?"
"It was a spur of the moment. He happened to be in there when the battle started."
Marcus slowly nods his head. "Have you configured how the Z-syrup works?" He queried.
The dark-haired woman shook her head no. "The experts from both Nator and Dato have been running simulations with the formula and his blood sample, we can't get anything from it. Although," she paused for a second, drawing the full attention of the H.O.E. "The energy level he left from the scene in the park did add a lot to the project."
"What are you saying?"
Yvonne stayed quiet. She paused to articulate her words in a way that wouldn't stir up any negative emotions from the H.O.E. "I know this may sound inhumane, but it will add a lot if we get situations similar to what happened at the Baker Park."
Marcus leaned back. "What are you saying."
"We need to find a way to meet with the new group in town."

.
.
The dark-haired man suddenly jolted upright on the bed, his chest rising and falling rapidly. His eyebrows furrowed as he scanned the unfamiliar surroundings. The last thing he remembered was trying to change the future but ended up making it. The former Storm agent stood up and looked around the place which looked like the sickbay.
Just as he was about to make his way out of the sickbay, the door opened and Hailey entered the room. "Andy, you're awake," she said while walking up to him.
"Hailey. How long have I been out for?" He queried.
"A really long time," she replied. "Do you feel anything anywhere?"
The dark-haired man sighed and sat back on the bed. "You mean pain?"
She nodded.
"Apart from the throbbing ache in my right ear, I feel normal."
Hailey sat next to the dark-haired man and attempted to place her hand on his which was on his lap but he immediately shifted away from her.
Her eyes widened in shock at his actions. "Are you okay?" She asked.
"At this moment in time, it'll be better if I don't make physical contact with anyone."
"Why?"
Andy stayed quiet for a couple of seconds before speaking. "Ever since the last time I went nuke, I've been seeing the future of whatever I have contact with. And it becomes even worse and more detailed if I use my abilities."
"Oh," Hailey mumbled. "That's terrible?"
"Back at the Baker Park, I saw a future and I tried to change it, but only ended up making it... Sometimes it just happens, even if I don't use my powers."
Hailey pressed her lips and sighed. "I'm not an expert in that aspect." She paused. "What you see, is it always negative or does it include some good part in it?"
"It does include positive parts. Like when I woke up I saw that this bed will be moved to the lab…" the dark-haired man got up on his feet and picked up his jacket from a nearby table. "Let's get out of here. This place brings back some memories I do not intend to recover."
Just as they were about to reach for the door, it swung open, revealing a casually dressed woman entering the room. She had a light complexion, adorned with lavender blue hair that cascaded in soft curls, tied back in an elegant bun. Her deep brown eyes sparkled as she caught sight of the dark-haired man and Hailey, a warm smile spreading across her face. "You're awake... You just never get enough of a sick bay do you?"
His eyes widened as he immediately recognized the voice. "Ada?" he said out loud.
Ada smiled softly and shrugged. "In a different body, but yup, it's still me."
"After she self-destructed, Ada's body was gravely damaged we couldn't save her. And so we did the only thing left to do."
An awkward smile crawled up the dark-haired man's lips. "So you're also a cyborg?" He questioned.
Ada sighed and shook her head. "Partly AI is what I prefer to call it," she stated. "But I hope this doesn't change things between us, you know." She inched forward and held Andy's hands in hers.
The dark-haired man shivered in shock as he anticipated the sight of another horrifying vision, but surprisingly, nothing happened.
"Yeah, yeah..." He stuttered. "I just didn't think you were also a cyb… an AI. And I'm not sure how I feel about your new look."
"Aww," Ada smiled seductively.
Hailey furrowed as she glared at their hands in contact. It was just a few minutes ago that the dark-haired man revealed what happens when he has contact with another, but now he is holding the lavender blue-haired lady's hand with no visible reaction from him.
"I'll try to stay around you more so you'll get used to me again."
Hailey's brows shifted even closer as she listened to the two.
"I… I mean sure." The dark-haired man was confused. He wasn't sure why he wasn't having any vision after touching Ada but he didn't intend to dwell on it, after all, it was a good thing since he didn't get any horrifying images of Ada's death or that of those around her.
Ada's smile became even wider as she stared at the dark-haired man. "Hey, do you wanna feel my core?"
"Huh?"
"What?!"
Without hesitation, Ada pulled her shirt up and guided Andy's left hand up her bare belly. The blue-eyed man's eyes slightly widened as he felt Ada's warm skin on his.
"If you're quiet enough, you should feel a slight continuous thud…"
"Okay, enough." Hailey pulled Ada away from the dark-haired man. Ada cleared her throat and fixed her shirt as they stared at each other in silence.
"…"
"…"
"What does the core do? Is it like your heart?" He queried, hoping to break the awkward atmosphere.
"Yes, kinda," she replied. "It is what links my human and artificial part together, if destroyed, I'd be gone for good."
"Speaking of," the dark-haired man started. "Eder told me that there are five Genesis Z individuals, but he only mentioned four, is he the last one?"
Ada smiled. "I know why you assume that. But the only thing not human about Six is a chip in his hand that helps him control his sword."
"Then who?"
"Yvonne," Ada answered. "Yvonne is the fifth Genesis Z."
