Luna placed her palm on a security panel, enabling a door to slide open. She led the dark-haired man into a room that was equipped with different types of weapons and armor.
"That… that is a lot of guns," he exclaimed while taking in his surroundings.
Before any of the twins could reply, the building shook in its position as the masked man continued to blast different areas of the building with his flames, looking to flush them out.
"Pick whatever it is you feel suits you," Luna stated while putting on a glove.
"What is the plan, Luna?" Phoenix's soft voice asked from behind.
The dark-haired man's brows involuntarily shot up into his hairline and he was suddenly hit with a vision from his past. "No…" he chipped. "That's not gonna happen, you two are gonna get the hell out of here while I hold him down until you do, I'm not letting another person die on my watch."
"Not happening, no way I'm incurring the wrath of Dominic on myself," Luna chipped. "He said to bring you back, and bring you back we shall. Plus, it's been a long time since I had some fun."
"You don't understand…" Rohan chipped. "You both stand no chance against him, he'll kill you both."
She slipped a gun into her belt before speaking. "How'd you know that?"
"He is like me."
Luna looked at her twin and then back at the dark-haired man. "He's hot?"
A small smile slipped up Phoenix's lips but disappeared as quickly as it appeared. "You are not taking this seriously," Rohan furrowed. "I don't know why, but I feel us alike… he also has the Z-syrup in him which enables him to harness different abilities."
Luna sticks her tongue out before finally picking up an automated laser rifle. "I really didn't get whatever it is you say, all I know is I'm gonna be out there when we take down that clown."
He opened his mouth to speak but couldn't make out any words. As Rohan stared at the chestnut brown-haired girl, he felt as though he had been in the same situation with someone he previously knew, but couldn't remember who. He pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed. "I don't want to say this, but fine… only on one condition though."
"Huh? What makes you think you give the conditions here?"
"Luna!"
"Fine fine… what's your condition?"
"You keep a good distance."
The dark-haired man knew that if what he felt was right, and the man with the flames was like him then their laser bullets would do nothing to him, but keeping them at a distance and having them shoot from there was the only way he would keep them away.
"Fine then… we'll keep our distance."
He nodded before turning to put on one of the armor suits in the room
Meanwhile, the masked man channeled a huge amount of flames around his hand, ready to blast through the wall but before he could, the runaway agent broke through the side wall of the building. He crashed to the ground but quickly picked himself up and charged at the masked man.
The masked man moved his hand from the mansion to aim at Rohan, but a rapid laser fire caused him to lose his focus and shoot the fireball into the ground, creating a huge hole where it hit. He turned to where the shots were fired from, turning his attention from Rohan.
He caught sight of Phoenix and attempted to shoot a fireball at her but his advance was cut short by a tremendous punch from the former Storm agent which sent him crashing back.
The dark-haired man wiggled his right arm around as if trying to shake off the surge of electricity that continued to revolve around his hand.
The air crackled with tension as the masked man rose to his feet. Sparks danced in the air, illuminating the battlefield which was starting to turn dark.
With a swift motion, the masked man conjured a blazing inferno, sending a wave of scorching flames toward his opponent. The dark-haired man, quick on their feet, generated a protective barrier of electrical energy, deflecting the fiery assault.
Undeterred, the masked man unleashed a barrage of fireballs, launching them one after another towards the wanted agent. The fiery projectiles sizzled through the air, leaving trails of smoke in their wake, but Rohan, agile and resourceful, skillfully redirected the fireballs with precision, sending them harmlessly into the ground.
Without wasting time, the masked man pulled out the sword in his belt and charged forward. He feigned a right swing before pushing a left punch, but the dark-haired man was quick to react. He ducked, letting the attack fly over his head before striking his opponent with a punch to the stomach.
Rohan grabbed the masked man's face and slammed him into the ground, forcing a low groan from him. While still holding his face, he picked the man and hurled him into the sky.
"Oh my… shittt!" Luna yelled from afar. "We completely useless here," she said to her twin through their communication device.
The dark-haired man engulfed himself with his electricity and launched after his opponent. He flew past him before sending him back into the ground with an electrifying punch.
The masked man landed on the ground with a loud thud that created a huge hole in the ground.
"Wow," the younger twin exclaimed. She looked up to the sky to see Rohan slowly descending.
The masked man dragged himself up, he staggered for a moment before shaking off the pain.
"I knew it, he also has the Z-syrup"
The man reached for the two-sided sword behind his back. A gust of flame ignited from his left foot before spreading all over his body.
"I need to end this now," Rohan stated, his right eye turning bright blue with the blue marking below it.

Miss Havishma, Electro 28, along with some other Red Troopers walked out of Nator building and into a Winter Weir vehicle that was parked outside.
[… Project C-50 sent a signal of his location with Storm 01 to the ship, I'm moving in with the neutralizer.]
"Keep a reasonable distance, Sox," Miss Havishma said into her mobile device while entering the vehicle. "I don't want you getting caught amid their fight, I know what I created."
[You don't have to worry about me, mom. What's the point of all the training if you still do?]
"Alright then…" the pale-skinned woman stopped and turned to the sound of rapid gunshots and the screams of her agents.
She cut the call and stepped out of the car. "What is happening?" Electro 28 rushed to Havishma's front and aimed his gun forward to protect the pale-skinned woman.
"It's the Earthlings, they've picked up their arms against us," he stated.
Miss Havishma hissed furiously. "I knew I shouldn't have given them that much freedom. Stay close to me, Joe."
Venus, Ada, and Cake rushed to surround Miss Havishma and the electro-agent before they could take another step. "What's the matter, Havishma, trouble in paradise?" Venus said while sheathing her sword into its scabbard.
"I'm actually disappointed," the dark-haired woman replied. "First: it was too easy to seize this planet, and second, it took you so long before you could make a move…" she dropped her hand which was on Joe's shoulder.
The electro-agent gasped and looked at his boss through his peripheral vision. Earlier she had told him to stay close to her and now she's drawing back.
"I am utterly disappointed in you and everyone on this planet," she added. "You all are nothing but a waste of space in this galaxy."
The mint-haired woman frowned and pulled out her sword. She pushed her knee forward before launching herself at the two Weirs.
Electro 28 attempted to defend with the energy shield in his watch but Miss Havishma grabbed his hand and pulled him back, standing in front of him to take the strike.
