The Blue agent that brought Storm 01 to Ishary entered the room with a glass of water in her hand. She passed the water to Ishary and once again made her way out of the room.
Ishary turned to Storm 01 and handed him the cup. He took a long gulp before dropping it on the bed next to him.
"What did you see?" She quizzed.
"It's..." Storm 01 stuttered, looking for the right words to use. Storm 01 looked pale. The things he saw in his 'vision' had weakened him. "There was fire," he began. "A lot of it. I don't know where I was but it wasn't Department H. It was like an aftermath of a nuclear explosion," he explained.
"And how do you feel?"
Storm 01 stared at her with a bit of worry in his eyes. "I don't know."
The Blue agent rushed into the room again. "Miss Havishma is searching for him, we should return now," she warned.
"Alright, we are right behind you." Ishary turned back to Storm 01. "Come on, let's go."
…
Storm 01 entered the briefing room where the other Storm troopers were. He clenched his fist as he looked through all the agents there. He couldn't shake off what he saw from his head and was still a little shaky.
Storm 01 saw Ada, Sox, and Rory sitting in front of the room. He took a deep breath before descending on a chair just in front of the door. He dug his hands into his hair and sighed. He placed his elbow on his thigh and sighed again, and again, and again.
"Are you sick?" A familiar voice questioned. Storm 01 turned to the seat near him to see the purple-haired man, Erins, looking at him with the same look he always has on his face.
"Huh?" Storm 01 mumbled. Of all the visions he had seen, none had shaken him the way the recent one did.
"You look pale. You can call in and the mission will be held off for a bit more days," Erins stated. "I'm fine," Storm 01 sighed.
"You've sighed fives times. There's definitely something going on with you..."
"I said I'm fine, now can you please leave me alone?!" Storm 01 yelled.
Storm 35 nodded and looked away from him. "I'm sorry, it was just a feeling I had."
A door opened and Miss Havishma entered the room with Ace McClain and Electro 28 following behind her. Miss Havishma scanned the room until her eyes caught Storm 01 before she started speaking.
"For years Winter Weir has been everyone's target. We used to be weak, we fall behind at everything, we struggled, we lost, we died," she stopped for a beat. "Well not anymore, because the tables have turned; now, we refuse to be anyone's target, we have struggled enough, we have lost enough, we have died enough. Now is the time we rise, the time we avenge for all the things that were taken away from us."
She stopped and clicked on the huge screen in front of the room which showed the image of Moonfour. "Moonfour, a weaponized planet, created by the Tzerians of Tzeria, strong enough to destroy half of Winter Weir if only they had the tools for the upgrade to shoot that far. After the Galactic war, they handed it over to the people of Clave-Ar as a sign of gratitude for assistance during the war," she explained. "Clave-Ar only used it to shoot down ships that tried to launch attacks on them. But as time passed, intel has it that Clave-Ar shut down the weapons and used the planet as a base for keeping their resources, and prisoners."
"But why would they shut down something that powerful?" An agent among the crowd asked.
Miss Havishma slide through the images on the screen to reveal what the weapon looked like. "It takes a lot of resources; Pure Fuel especially to get this working. Clave-Ar is still developing, they needed the resources for their main planets," she answered.
"And do we have the resources to get it working?" Storm 01 raised his voice.
Miss Havishma turned to him. "Will we be doing this if we do not?" She shoots his question back at him. "The plan is simple. You agents will be separated in two different ships, all you need to do is to destroy their anti-air turrets before fighting their soldiers head-on."
"Sounds pretty easy to me," Ada chuckled.
"There are just two things you need to be wary of..." She stopped and turned to Electro 28.
Miss Havishma moved aside for Electro 28 to talk. He changed the image on the screen to show a huge factory and another building. It was long and covered with a very large wall that stretched out to about a kilometer away from the main building.
"The people of Clave-Ar also built a factory on Moonfour where they produce the Pure Fuel they need for their development, it is to the east of the military base on the planet, so avoid dragging the battle to that location.
"And also, they have a prison base on the planet. Some of the previous Department H agents that were sent to that planet and many other citizens of other planets are in there. So that's another area to avoid," Electro 28 explained.
"We know this action will cut the thread we have with other planets, and we are prepared for it. So rest up, and prepare your minds and weapons. Tomorrow, you'll depart for Moonfour."
Storm 01 got everything that was said in the briefing room, but his mind was still on what he saw earlier during his secret test with Ishary. He knocked on the door of Miss Havishma's pad. She had summoned him to meet her after the briefing. The door opened and Storm 01 entered the room.
Miss Havishma pointed at the seat across from her. She pushed one of the two cups of tea on the table in front of her to Storm 01. She started speaking as he sat down. "What is going on with you?" She probed.
"What do you mean?"
"If you are nervous, I could have the date postponed to give you time to recollect yourself," she stated.
Storm 01 shifts his eyes to look at his palm. "I'm fine, you don't have to move anything, we'll get it done tomorrow."
"Good. I was hoping to hear that," she implied before taking a sip of her drink.
Storm 01 stood up and started towards the door when Miss Havishma spoke. "I also wanted to..." He stopped and turned to her.
"Thank you, for shielding me from the explosion the other day. I would have been dead if not for you, I'm really grateful."
Storm 01's lips curled up a little. He nods before walking out of her pad. He shoved his hands into the pocket of his jacket and made his way toward his pad. As he arrived at his pad, he noticed someone leaning near the door, it was the Blue agent from moments ago.
He stopped to take in the situation, wondering why she was there. The agent looked in her mid-twenties, with tanned skin, medium-layered pink hair complimented with pink eyes, a greek-shaped nose, and thin lips. She had a tattoo of a dagger on her neck just above her collarbone.
"Hi," she greeted as he approached her.
"Did Ishary send you here?" He asked, placing his palm to unlock the door.
"Actually, no," she replied before walking in after him. Storm 01 looked at her tag, her code name was Blue 19.
"My real name's Asuncion Betta. And I need to talk to you."
