Miss Havishma continuously slap her feet on the ground as she impatiently waited for the elevator door to open.
"You should stay calm, don't let your anger get the better of you," Electro 28 who was standing beside Miss Havishma in the elevator stated.
Miss Havishma pushed her hair back with her hand and exhaled deeply. "I am calm."
"I know. I'm not warning about this moment, I speak about what'll happen when you get in there. You know Damiano has a knack for getting on people's nerves," Electro 28 defined.
"Whatever happens in there depends on how Damiano answers my questions." The door slid open, giving way for Miss Havishma to enter Damiano's office.
Damiano's office was large with windows everywhere. Two hefty muscular men stood in each corner of the room all holding guns. Damiano who was seated on a chair behind a table directly across the door stood and outstretch his hand. "Miss Havishma, to what do I owe this pleasure?"
"Damiano, you have a lot of explaining to do!" Miss Havishma barked as she marched into the office.
"Explanations? Ah, I doubt that."
Electro 28 walked closely behind Miss Havishma as she walked forward, looking to stop her in case of any outburst.
"You had your team create a Z-Syrup with the formula from Chief, didn't you?" Miss Havishma bickered.
Damiano smiled, showing his front teeth that were all gold. "Impressed? For what took you years, they did in less than a month."
"With the basis already laid out. How could you agree to sell the Z-Syrup? You know how dangerous it is!"
Damiano sat back on his chair and crossed his legs. "Well, it offers a lot of money. I'm shocked you didn't make more to sell to other agencies," he started. "Hell, I'm even more shocked the People didn't ask for more to be made. Maybe I should hold a meeting next for that."
"Don't you dare do that Damiano!"
"Stop me then," Damiano said with a wicked grin slowly crawling up his lips. "Imagine an army with men like Storm 01, super soldiers. We would be unstoppable... Yes. It's what I'm going to do I decided. To hell with all that Z-cell shit, we test it on everyone."
"I said no! You will not do that. You'll only kill the agents. Anyone without the Z-cell dies from even a drop of the syrup."
"I don't care. I am the Prime, I can have it done."
Miss Havishma took another step forward. "You seem to have forgotten that I put you in that seat!" Miss Havishma yelled furiously, her tone alerting the guards that were standing by the corner.
"And you seem to have forgotten that I am the one on the seat!" Damiano barked back. He stood up again, looking into Miss Havishma's eyes as he outstretch his hands. "This is power. I run this planet now, I am the Prime. Do not forget that."
Miss Havishma stared at him for a few moments before nodding understandably. She now realized what she had made. "Very well then," she stated before turning to leave the office.
Damiano sat back on his chair and took a sip from an already-filled cup on his table. "I'll have the project begin this week by the way," he heralded as she walked away.

Rain X stepped into the bar in Department H, he was shocked to see the place packed with a lot of Storm troopers. When Rory said she was going to round up everyone, he didn't think she meant everyone. He smiled softly before striding to the counter where Rory was seated with a drink in hand. The rain agent sat on an empty stool next to her and ordered a drink. Rory turned to face him and smiled. "Hey, I was waiting for you," she stated. Rain X could perceive the alcohol in her breath like it was on him.
"Are you already drunk?" He queried.
Rory looked down at her drink and laughed. "No I'm not, I only had three cups," she revealed.
"You sure? You can barely keep your eyes open."
Rory tapped Rain X's shoulder and smiled. "I'm trying to drown my heart." She turned to the other side and gestured at the purple-haired man, Erins Tothe.
Erins sat just a few spaces away from the two with a glass in his hand. He wore his famous uninterested look as he stared at the bartender who made the drinks.
Rain X shook his head. "No way Rory."
"What? He just seems so cool."
"He sure does," Rain X said with his brows up. "Since when?"
"I don't know, but I can't help myself around him. We were both called on by Miss Havishma once upon a time, and I could barely even breathe when we walked."
"Oh. Okay then."
"What are you doing?" Rory probed as the dark-haired man grabbed her wrist. "Helping." The rain agent dragged her along as he strolled over to where Erins was seated.
"Looks like I was wrong when I said we'd barely meet." Erins turned to look at Rain X, still holding his uninterested stoic look.
The dark-haired man stared at Erins, not knowing what to say. He thought he was going to be able to help Rory get together with him but he doesn't even know how to get the conversation going. It doesn't take a genius to know how awkward it was. Rain X pointed at Erins' drink. "Red wine, great choice. I prefer tequila though. I don't know how to explain it, but it has this taste that I don't find in other drinks," Rain X stated, only to receive a nod from the purple-haired man.
Erins picked his drink up and gulp it down. He placed it on the counter for the bartender to fill the cup up.
Rain X cleared his throat and continued speaking. "You know, Rory here also loves red wine, she already gulped an entire bottle." He used his elbow to nudge Rory.
"I-" she paused, searching for the right words to use. "I like m-my wine red too. I-I mean I like red wine…" she stuttered.
"See," Rain X smiled. "And I think you both have a lot more in common, figure it out." The Rain agent quickly retreated, leaving the two together. Rory's chest danced up and down as she looked at Erins, utterly speechless.
Rain X glanced back at them one more time. He searched the bar and caught a glimpse of Percy walking up to a table where Sox and Ada were seated with drinks in his hand.
"Hey guys, looks like it started without me," Rain X stated as he approached the table.
Ada's expression switched to a frown upon the arrival of the dark-haired man. "We got tired of waiting."
"Hey, you!" Percy shouted out loud. "I can't believe you were the brain behind this brilliance. Rory was right, the Percy influence is getting to you."
Rain X smiled. "Nice to see you too Percy. Glad to see you out of that wheelchair."
Percy chuckled while shaking his drink. "The wheelchair was just a prop, walking did damage to my wound, that's why I used it."
"Mmmm. I heard you were busy chasing after criminals."
"I was." Percy nodded. "But they got away so it was called off. Wasn't even able to catch that pink-headed lady."
"Oh get out of here you two," Ada hissed. "No work talks in here. We should have fun now, get drunk and wake up tomorrow morning with headaches."
"Well, I can't get drunk so, the headache part is just you guys," Rain X stated. After his healing powers were triggered, Rain X lost the ability to get drunk as his body took care of the intoxication caused by the drinks.
"Hey, where's Rory?"
Rain-X's face lights up as he recalled the match he made. He turned to the counter where he left Rory and Erins and saw Rory muttering some words and Erins' expression still stoic.
"Let's just say, cupid me made a match."
"Oh. Since when were those two?" Ada asked as she watched the two. Erins' lips moved and Rory suddenly throw her head back, laughing hard.
"Wow." Percy dug his hand in his hair and exclaimed. He turned to his drink and gulp it all down. "I'm gonna go get more drink."
Ada leaned close to Rain X, her face just an inch away from his. "So, you got anyone that makes you throw your head back like that when they talk?"
The dark-haired man furrowed for a couple of moments before a smile crept up his lips. He laughed and threw his head back.
"You're such an idiot." She shook her head before walking towards the bar with her empty cup.
Sox chuckled softly and took a sip of her drink. "You don't seem elated about being here," Rain X stated, he had noticed how rigid she was since he got there.
"I'm not really a fan of public group meetings. I prefer to be one on one," she revealed.
"Well, do you wanna get out of here?"
Sox smiled. "I want to, but I don't know if I'd be able to walk fine, you see unlike you, the wine does get to me."
The dark-haired boy stood up and extended his hand to her. "I'll be your support then."
Sox smiled and grabbed onto his hand and the two walked out of the bar.
