Dear Daisy,
We all went to the festival! Since Dahlia’s trying to drive more, to get her licence and hours in. She drove us on the journey there. She’s my girlfriend and she’s great, but I hope I never have to sit in a car with her again. It was terrifying. She made Daffi sit in the front with her. Shouldn’t that be me instead? I don’t know. Am I seriously jealous of my best friend who isn’t even into girls? This is just immature. It’s best I just ignore whatever this is. If it’s jealousy or not.
Almost everything else went really well though. Daffi ended up splitting from us but he winked at me before going. Now I just feel bad for being upset he had to come. He did me a favour really.
Dhalia and I walked around for ages. There were a bunch of stalls, even thing guy selling little sculptures of really weird small things. I got one for Dhalia she seemed to really like it! We then got these matching sculptures from this other stall. They were little dragon things. I’ll put them on my desk next to the finished diary. I think that spot has turned into a place for my memories.
We found Brennan and Daffi soon after, they were at a food stall. It was baked goods. But it was sort of different. First, it was Brennan’s bake stall. Second, they were animals! He also had buff bear bread, it was cute but sort of weird at the same time. I bought three either way. Daffi told us Brennan had baked them all as well! I don't know how I didn't realise since the shop was called Brennans Bakery. It looked more like he was just selling him. Maybe I judged him too hard because making things like this was the last thing on my list. But it was awesome. You would have been astonished by how many different foods there were and how much he must’ve had to bake. Though Daffi also had puffy eyes again. Did Brennan make him cry? Did he get hurt? I wanted to ask before Dhalia whisked me away to enjoy the rest of the festival.
We later found Dia at a stall selling clothes. She even used some of the ones I took. I didn’t get to say ‘hi’ since Dhalia seemed to glare at her and then pull me away. Is it bad that I like it when she seems to actually care about me? Most times she doesn’t seem to care in general. I guess that’s the way she is.
Overall I mostly enjoyed the day. It was memorable. I had fun with my friends and made memories. Also, Dhalia did not have to drive us back. Daffi did instead. We cuddled in the back seat while Brennan sat in the front since we all left right at the very end of the festival.
