Exodus
Ch. 23
vs. 1-3: Be honest and make sure your word is true.
vs. 4-5: Love your enemy. Do what is right even to those who you don't get along with.
vs. 6-8: Don't pervert justice for money. God sees all things.
vs. 9-11: You have to trust the Lord to follow His law. Be good to the sojourner because you were one before. Let the land rest so the poor can eat and the animals have something.
vs. 12-13: Have a Sabbath! Also don't even let the name of a false god leave your lips. Don't give them glory!
vs. 14-19: We get all the really interesting Feasts and then in the middle we get blood.
vs. 20-21: The angel will not pardon you for His name is in him. What a powerful statement. Do not take His name lightly.
vs. 21-33: God has promised a lot of things here if the people will only serve Him and Him alone. It amazes me, He even gave all of His reasoning.

Ch. 24
vs. 1-8: Moses establishes all that the Lord has said with the people. They appear to agree with him. The book of the covenant here refers to the earlier passage where God laid down a set of rules. IE if a beast has gore and such things.
vs. 9-11: They all saw the Lord but we only get a description of what lay at His feet. Intriguing.
vs. 12-14: Moses choose his assistant Joshua over his brother Aaron to go with him. They all saw the Lord's feet but Moses is about to see more of Him/
vs. 15-18: God did not talk to Moses till the seventh day. That is significant.

Mathew
Ch. 21
vs. 1-5: Palm Sunday! Next Sunday is Palm Sunday for us so I'm stoked to be reading this at this time!
vs. 6-11: Look at this worship. This and more will be given on the day He comes back.
vs. 12-13: The church is not a gift shop! Exactly the House of the Lord shall be called a House of Prayer!
vs. 14-16: Burn, Jesus is saying everything now because He knows what's to come.
vs. 17-22: Jesus is still teaching even into the late hour. This story is given more detail later in another Gospel that gives it more perspective.
vs. 23-27: When they come to scorn you treat them just like this.
vs. 28-32: Wow what a powerful statement Jesus is making. If your mouth says it but your actions don't it will not be honored.
vs. 33-41: This is exactly what is about to happen. Amazing.
vs. 42-46: Jesus was so good with he scripture. We need to have the word in our heart so we can combat the enemy.
