vs. 1-13 : God is saying that He will bless them if they walk right.

vs. 23-26: God said that if they don't repent after this then He will double down.
vs. 27-39: HE talks about the land and how it will have rest after them being taken away. God talks about it saying that it is resting from the time that it didn't rest while they were there. This implies that they left all the practices behind.
vs. 40-46: God is saying after the reproach He will keep them if they repent and only if they repent.

vs. 1-8: A price on ages. Wow.
vs. 9-15: When giving a house, how often was that necessary?
vs. 16-25: Nice practices. Also everything is weighed by the shekel of the sanctuary this is for fairness practices. It resembles how we use to count a measure of gram.
vs. 26-34: God will have what is His.
