vs. 1-8: So I know that these animals are unclean and generally not the most sanitary to eat: carrying diseases and the like, but I don't remember why they do and the others don't.
vs. 9-12: Fish are generally safe to eat.
vs. 13-19: Bats shouldn't ne eaten. I agree.
vs. 20-23: Yuck, reminds me of John the Baptist kinda.
vs. 24-28: being unclean isn't necessarily a horrible thing. This feels more like precaution so as not to get others sick. It is only until the evening.
vs. 29-38: This part just appears as hygienic teaching to me. Preventing people from getting sick, God demonstrates His protection and love.
vs. 39-47: Just a run down and summary of what He said prior.

Ch. 12
vs. 1-8: This whole chapter is on childbirth and how the woman is to recover. It keeps saying as in her menstruation. I feel like this type of uncleaness is different than that of a leaper.

Ch. 27
vs. 1-10: How horrible, he tried to make it right but it was too late. I wonder how god views him now. Also some say that hanging himself was his was of making atonement, a life for a life. I don't know about that but it does add something to the conversation of Judas's motives. Only God knows.
vs. 11-14: Jesus will not let them speak evil of Him. His refusal to answer gives them no leaway at all. This is His I plead the 5th.
vs. 15-23: Look at this man listening to his wife! Also I wonder what dream she was given.
vs. 24-26: Wow, Pilate really did not want to do it. The crowd even said on their children. How horrible.
vs. 27-31: The Romans mocked Him as King of the Jews. The humility displayed in Christ is astonishing.
vs. 32-44: The robbers reviled Him in the same way. What a horrible way to die. Bless the man who carried His cross for Him. Jesus did not take any wine to relieve Himself of the pain. He felt every bit of it.
vs. 45-50: They gave Him vinegar to drink. Yuck.
vs. 51-54: The temple was torn and the dead rose when Jesus died. The centurians beheld that He was the son of God.
vs. 55-56: There was many women there as well.
vs. 57-66: They were worried that the disciples would take His body to make it appear that He rose? Well the stone was rolled away and Jesus walked among people for a while. Safe to say this was no deceit.
