"Champagne it is, let me put it on ice first though" I tell Rachel as she steps out of the elevator straight into my apartment. She gasps slightly and I ignore her waiting for the inevitable comments; This is a big place, wow look at that view, is the floor heated and is that a one hundred and twenty inch flat screen. They all come tumbling out of her mouth as I return back to her gawking, standing where I left her. She pulls off her bright pink coat and I place it on the rack.
