"Serious, this is it for me" I say resigned looking out at the palm trees on the way back to his place. He's driving slowly, for Jay. Getting into his Audi is usually joy ride, he usually speeds because speeding tickets don't bother him. Drunk driving however, is not a great idea alongside speeding. He's being cautious, I watch him as he brushes his hair back and lights up a cigarette leaving the pack open for me. I take one and open the window.

Walking through the carpeted hall over to a set of fancy elevators he nods to the doorman, dressed in a black suit and hat. The lift doors open and we walk in as he buzzes for floor sixty two.
