"My love" she says staring into my eyes, I'm day dreaming again, her eyes they take me places. I'm thinking about all of the places I'm going to take her and the places in the world that I want to show her. When you have managed to secure a relationship with a girl like Taylor, even though you may want to keep her with you all the time, you must keep it interesting. Exciting and new, ensuring that she doesn't get bored of you and the same old stuff that you do together.

My current daydream involves her wearing a crimson dress cut close to her body in the opera house in Sydney with me, we're the kind of couple that likes to experience different things together. I put that thought aside and make sure to look up tickets, later on.

My fingers graze her thighs as she wears only my T-shirt having showered and dried her hair. Man, her hair takes a long time, I waited patiently of course. I bite my lip and pull her cheekily into me. I have waited patiently all day during university in order to have her to myself, Matthew and Ross battling for her attention. And I've just been preoccupied by her lips and thighs; touching her continually as Rachel watches me scornfully.

Seizing her lips in my own she forgets all of what she was saying to me, and then I lift her up. Carrying her across the living space, up the stairs and into my bedroom. Placing her gently down on the bed as her hair sprawls out underneath her.

"No need to worry about clothes and wearing anything fancy, my mum is in love with you already" I chuckle. Gazing down at strands of her hair and stroking it I contemplate how I have never, ever let any girl meet my mum and dad officially before.

My mother explained that she will be flying in from Dubai. I have told her a fair bit about Taylor and our relationship, even though we're in the early stages, my mum practically squealed down the phone. Remembering her from the brief encounter they had at the end of last year and approving instantly. My father was logical in his response informing me that relationships take more than a few months to make work, he had scoffed and spoken to me about business instead.

My mother however has booked a restaurant that she knows we will like and honestly I trust her judgement. I plan on making sure that Taylor fully enjoys the food and champagne and the company, even setting aside my differences with my father for the occasion.

"Okay steak it is do you want me to make pepper sauce and sauté potatoes?" Taylor suggests and I giggle.

"Are you warm enough" I ask her concerned whilst she's pouring some wine for herself and brandy for me. I flick on the heat including the under floor heating. She smiles and passes me my glass. Setting the pan down for the steaks as I place my arms around her waist reminding myself of the time last year when we cooked together before we were actually together and how everything we do now feels different, committed. She peels the potatoes and I chop them.

Sipping her wine, as she watches me chopping I find her so attractive it's a miracle I don't chop my finger off around her I'm so captivated by her. She is always the prettiest girl in the room. Incomparably so. In her own league beautiful, without any need for makeup.

"Then we can watch a movie ?" She asks of me and I nod stroking her hair back. We watch a lot of movies on the flatscreen, the surround sound is pretty top notch too.

"Yeah sure you can pick" I say to her imagining her face when she sees the cinema room in my lake house. I fully intend on moving her in there, however my father has conditions, of my mother's approval. Even though my mother has already praised the relationship true to form my father requires more time.

Taylors sits me down at the glass table, and presents the food to me. It's practically a love language; how she cooks and takes care of me.
Once we've eaten the best steak ever, it even tops her last meal. I set up the dishwasher, pour her some more wine and join her on the sofa.

Resting her head on my chest as I put my arm around her thinking of all the times I've wished for this, how I've tried endlessly to get what I now have. Occasionally she looks up at me kissing me, and the entire time she strokes my arm with her fingertips. Even though the waiting for her was agonising, now that she's here it was worth it.
