A guy that sings along to cheesy songs with his girl, well that just wasn't me. I wasn't ever going to be the guy that I am, not the one that has arisen from our bed in the lake house and carried her down the stairs so that I can cook with her and sing along to some sappy love song. Whilst she utterly enthrals me by hitting the notes perfectly and I mumble along through the melody hoping not to embarrass myself. It reminds me of the fleeting moments my mother and father shared, where I would cringe as they were painting the nursery for a baby they were expecting and hugging each other splattering one another with paint. It's like text book love, love that sweeps in and changes who you are as a person.

So much so that I am formally going to suggest that we move in together, here at the lake house. Because I need her, every second. I need her with me and I need us to be exclusive and officially together. Our lake house, I think to myself as she sings along to the song wearing only my white button up shirt frying up the bacon. I settle in my head a list of things I need to do in order to progress this further, like showing her off to my parents.

Approaching me and stroking my bare chest before she plates up the bacon. The second it's on the plate, I seize my opportunity to wrap my arms around her waist and kiss her neck.

Taylor's laugh is beautiful, just like her and I enjoy being the reason to make her giggle. I have caused her a lot of stress before and every time I make her laugh I feel like I'm contributing to her happiness finally.

Bizarrely I feel my entire body react, it arouses me that she wants me in that way, who knew that would be the case, I certainly did not envision it. However with Taylor I am learning about myself all the time. With every other girl I have dated all be it casually, I knew exactly what I wanted and very much what I didn't want. With Taylor though, I am finally learning what I actually want. I can imagine five even ten years down the line with her and the things I'm seeing make me very happy. Honestly I can see myself buying her an engagement ring, placing it upon her fingers and praying that she tells me yes.
